pieces and parts, the debris of this aircraft are leaving this backyard as we speak. take a look, you can see the winds, part of this fuselage that will be taken away to a warehouse for inspection. we watched as crews took the debris apart, inspected it, took photographs of it and now it will be investigated. it's a clash landing many consider a miracle, but today's task all about being meticulous. a recovery team from delaware worked to recover the fallen aircraft. the 415-c narrowly missed homes when it crashed on wednesday.

president obama is quacampaigni for hillary clinton tied. speaking about clinton, obama said no one has ever been more prepared to be president. guys, back to you. all of us in harrisburg are really concerned about what happens to those kids. >> concern from pennsylvania's governor on day two of the school strike that's cancelled classes for more than 100,000 college students throughout the state. professors at all 14 pennsylvania state universities walked off the job wednesday. five of those schools are in our region, west chester, cheyney and east straussburg. >> the governor told me that talks are continuing between both sides, the union says it's back channel negotiation.

effort to boost early education in philadelphia, the city kicked off enrollment for its expanded pre-k program. philadelphia's soda tax is helping fund the expansion. here at universal pre-k, it's been a hot topic in philadelphia for a while now. >> reporter: there's a lawsuit filed against this soda tax, but the mayor's administration is still moving forward with free pre-k. we'll tell you exactly how to sign up. the jubilee school has a new addition and is ready for expansion of its pre-k program. >> our mission has been to be affordable to anybody who wants to come. so this program is absolutely wonderful for us because it will pay for people who can't afford preschool. >> reporter: starting in january

your screen for your local neighborhood forecast, otherwise conditions right now are dry, but we do have a change in the works. tonight, developing clouds with spotty showers to parts of lehigh valley, fog after 8:00 p.m., visibility alert certainly during the overnight hours. a foggy start tomorrow, some showers, widespread at times, isolated thunderstorms and a gusty p.m. on saturday, i'm tracking more showers and those wind gusts could get up to 30 miles an hour. temperatures below normal and we'll see 50s by saturday. currently we are seeing mainly 70s, trenton 72 degrees, allentown at 75, mt. holly 75 for you and wilmington 76 degrees, but a wider perspective, all this cold air will be here tomorrow night into saturday. so your weekend forecast looks like this, we're seeing 70s for tomorrow, lots of clouds in the forecast. keep in mind we do have those widespread showers moving from

the northwest towards the southeast. and on saturday, cooler temperatures as the cool front goes east of us. mainly mid to upper 50s, with some showers earlier on in the day and then more sunshine on sunday. and a water perspective with the satellite and radar image, notice we are seeing some greens moving across the area there, otherwise conditions are mainly dry, future temperatures, starting at 4:00 p.m., we're seeing lots of 70s, and as we get this going tomorrow morning, we will see temperatures starting off in the 60s, so certainly a cooler more comfortable day tomorrow. by tomorrow afternoon, still seeing 70s in the forecast, mid 70s to upper 70s for some. but by saturday afternoon notice we're seeing upper 40s to low 50s as your expected high temperatures. if you look at the bottom of your screen, you will see your local neighborhood forecast. those showers are moving through parts of the lehigh valley, otherwise it doesn't look very organized.
