race is going to be over, folks. >> reporter: you may have noticed that tim kaine's voice is very horse from all of the campaigning and there was some nostalgia tonight. he said three months ago on this stage he was asked to join hillary clinton and that's where they accepted the democratic nomination. they're hoping philadelphia helps out again and helps them win pennsylvania. donald trump is also making the push for pennsylvania. earlier today the republican laid out his agenda for his first 100 days. his plan includes canceling all of president obama's executive orders and supporting immigrants in prison for violent crimes. he once again alleged the election could be influenced by wide-spread voter fraud. >> there are 2.8 million people

registered in more than one state. so, we'll vote here and down the road. maybe they'll vote for trump. i don't know. maybe i shouldn't be saying this. i may be hurting myself. you're right. >> trump also vowed today to sue every woman who has accused him of sexual assault. this as an 11th accusing came forward. adult film star jessica drake alleged in 2006 he hugged and kissed her and two friends in his hotel room without permission. >> asked me to return to his suite to have dinner with him and to a party. i declined. donald then asked me what do you want? how much? >> drake is represented by attorney and long-time clinton supporter, gloriaa.
