however, vance remains at large and authorities are asking for anyone with information to come forward. a tragic story out of california. 13 people are dead and 31 more injured following a massive accident involving a charter bus and tractor trailer in california. it was heading to los angeles when it slammed in the back of a travel trailer. the bus was going so fast it went in for about 15 feet. the bus driver, dwreet be identified, was among those killed. here with more. >> reporter: investigator scouring the twisted wreckage after this tour bus slammed into the back of a big rig. firefighters pulling victims from the wreckage just after 5:00 a.m. headed west towards los angeles and rear ended a semitruck on interstate 10 in palm springs.

we're looking at a dry view of philadelphia, boathouse row. the camera is shaking a little bit. that's a pretty big breeze. see some showers moving through harrisburg. look this, parts of bucks county, upperç bucks county an upper central bucks county into new jersey getting a few light rain showers. the showers to the west moving into western berks county right now. these will be falling apart as they swing into the area. they're blowing into town. this will move out. that will be done. no more showers for the rest of the day. first thing this morning you'll likely see rain drops in parts of the area. temperatures warmer than normal. that's 10 degrees above normal. southwesterly winds at 15 miles an hour. it's a breezy one. the winds will turn more westerly and keep things cool. winds gusting to 30 miles an hour in philadelphia. 62 degrees, 61 degrees and windy for the suburbs. look at new jersey, up to 61 degrees. while in the lehigh valley, 59 degrees, the high temperature with a good deal of sunshine and just a few passing clouds.
