we have now learned the name of the teen who shot a man during a robbery at rittenhouse square. police say he shot and wounded a man who tried to break up a robbery at the park last tuesday. police say another man was involved but hasn't been caught. new video captures the man investigators say damaged a historic philadelphia building, you can see him walking off with a brass railing stolen from the union league in center city, this was early yesterday morning, he was last seen carrying the six-foot piece on sampson street. this is what the staircase looked like after that theft. you can see part of the staircase actually crumbled. police have not yet arrested anyone. now the center city crime wave is the talk of the town, there was even a community safety meeting last night, again, coming up new at 6:00, we'll look at what's happening in

atlantic city, above freezing, but interior sections, our pennsylvania suburbs and the new jersey neighborhoods can expect frost. >> the northeast extension is back open after four track for trailer collided. sky force 10 was over the scene near the quakertown interchange. it's not clear how many people were injured, but officials say they all are expected to be okay. the cause of the crash is under investigation. the driver of this truckload with cows jackknifed and flipped over. nine of 16 cows on board survived the crash. police say the driver did not load the cows properly.
