surveillance video from near the scene. the water department is calling on the people of phi philadelphia to conserve water. the philadelphia water department has a number of measures that it's encouraging people to traffic, like running water only when needed, taking shorter showers and only use water when needed. cracking down on panhandles in philadelphia. mayor jim kenney is wlaunching a new plan to address homelessness. new details tonight on that forest fire on mt. penn, investigators say it was intentionally set. the pennsylvania department of

conservation and natural resources is calling the fire suspicious. tonight that fire is under control and crews are dousing hot spots. the fire started monday night and burned close to 50 acres. happening right now, the national transportation safety board is giving an update on the bus crash that killed five children in chattanooga, tennessee. we'll give you updates as soon as investigators reveal them. investigators have already revealed there was no black bus on that school bus. however there were three cameras that were recording events moments before the crash. that will help investigators determine what went wrong. but pennsylvania's governor says is that the accident was a wakeup call for safety of school kbutss in the city. >> it's time for us all to stand up and look at the whole school bus process, from how we hire drivers to how we ensure safety of the equipment, to whether

. we're following breaking news into a deadly bus crash in tennessee. >> nbc10's jacqueline london live in the breaking news center. we have learned new information about that driver. >> reporter: hires what we know, the safety investigators say the bus driver was not on the usual bus route. 27-year-old anthony walker had driven a different way when he crashed the bus. it's not clear if he had taken this route before with children on board. investigators are having trouble accessing on board video because of the damage the crash caused. investigators say the driver did not have alcohol or drugs in his system. >> we do know that he had another job with amazon, as they
