victim's condition has stabilized tonight. his parents will now face additional charges on top of that primary endangerment charge even as this investigation continues. we're live tonight at st. christopher's hospital. two brothers are shot just steps from a new jersey mall on black friday. someone opened fire on the pair at the hamilton mall in atlantic county. early this morning, 20-year-old these monday cotman died within minutes, his brother shady was shot in the leg. right now police went confirm if the shooting was targeted or random. a friend of the friend of the victim was shot. >> it's sad, when you lose somebody on thanksgiving, black friday, it's unreal.

for today, but certainly overcast skies. for the most part, right now, everything is mainly dry, however look at hour by hour forecast, starting at 5:00 p.m., we can see those showers moving towards the northeast, they're across the area, so we do have some showers on the approach, but your holiday weekend, for the most part your saturday and sunday will remain dry. sunday is the cooler day of the weekend. i have more coming up on the 10-day on 10. another record day on the stock apartment. the dow jones and the s&p 500 both hit new highs today. stocks have been climbing since the election. experts think the rally could have to do with the holiday shopping season. and that season got off to a big start on this black friday.

keeping -- for those who maintain insurance coverage. they have dropped health planning requirements to cover thing like annual screenings and birth control to allow more basic plans, but insurers could also charge older sicker patients more. and instead of a cadillac tax on expensive employer health plans, they'll cap how much companies can deduct on those plans. >> you need $87 billion that you would have from the cadillac tax to pay for many of the provisions in the health care plan. now with congressman ryan's plan, it is essentially a way of reducing the tax level and getting more revenue. >> as for those aca plan tax sub sid dpis, a plan by georgia senator tom price, a health and human services secretary, would replayers them with tax credits ranging from $1,300 to $3,000 depentding on your age.

we all know black friday is just the givbeginning of the holiday shopping season. >> you have to look out for other potential pitfalls. joining us now is an associate professor at drexel university and does research on online security. >> what is the biggest mistake everybody makes when shopping online? >> there are a number of mistakes. first and foremost, you want to make your commuter is up to date with the latest software patches, the latest anti-virus, the latest software protection. that's the first and foremost. second watch where you're shopping from, don't to a public access internet facility like a cyber cafe. if you're going to do so, make sure you're on your network connected to your cell phone service and you're not using the wi-fi network. >> are there any new scams or
