tomorrow night. tonight we have team coverage opthe wintery weather. and not everyone is going to see snow. >> that's right. this is really a neighborhood forecast. weather headlines include, as you mention, tracking that system that is moving east where there's a low pressure system developing over the upper midwest, it will continue to work its way across canada and we have prefuntal moisture associated with that. and a wider perspective we can see. the leading edge of the moisture is due here in lehigh valley by tomorrow early afternoon hours. right now temperatures are in the 20s. so this is really setting up the foundation or the surface for of course any precip to change over to snow. so it's all about your neighborhood and where you live and if you look at the bottom of your screen, you will see your

local neighborhood forecast. i'm starting this at 3:00 p.m. this is where i will be seeing the introduction of the snow and parts of lehigh valley will see parts of purples and blues telling us we have no moving in. we will see a change over as a warm front moves in from the southwest towards the northeast. however, we will not expect that until the overnight hours sunday into monday. back to you. one area with a good shot of snow is in the poconos. soon they're hoping they could have extra powder on the slopes. we continue our team coverage with andrea cline thomas. you talked to people who are actually benefitting from the cold weather. >> that's right. this winter weather is good for business. they say because it could the holiday spirit. john wear as light jacket unzippedads he sells another

that's something that even has some republican leaders concerned. >> i believe that vladimir putin is a thug and a bully and a murderer and i believe that the relationship between him and vladimir putin needs to be examined. >> this came just hours afterf the washington post reported that cia believes russia interfered with the election specifically to help mr. trump win the presidency be by hacking and leaking documents. they slammed the post saying it's quote time to move on. we're covering breaking news. a fire has broken out at a local refine refinery. and that was formerly the sunoeko refinery. the philly fire department says hazmat teams are responding and some roads are closed. we'll continue to update this story as we learn more.

now at 11:00. investigators trying to piece together what led two people in delaware county to be shot today. the shooting happened at the produce marked in upper darby this evening. both of the victims were rushed to the hospital but no word on their conditions right now. police have not said what sparked the gun fire, only that they're looking for a suspect. and one person killed during a home invasion. investigators say a person tried to break into a house on upland street in chester this afternoon. the home owner shot and killed that would-be burglar during a confrontati confrontation. and today a final salute to a wilmington firefighter. they came together to say good bye. the emotional memorial service took place this morning at

wilmington chase center. she died from injuries during an arson. she ran back in a burning row home trying to rescue two other firefighters that were later found dead. >> miss her so much. you serve with dedication and valor. rest in peace. >> lieutenant hope was the first african american firefighter for the department and her fire chief officially retired her badge. senior firefighters were killed in the blaze. now to some car wash crashers. just how much damage this caused at an area business. plus, carving competition. a look at the creaition that turned philadelphia into a

still enough cold air at the surface keeping everything subfreezing for the next couple of hours. it's not until monday when we see temperatures closer to average for this year. and otherwise, much colder temperatures. blanten 25, and it looks like easten is currently in the mid-20s. we have that arctic blast in full effect. and keep that in mind. bundle up in the over knighted hours into tomorrow and for tomorrow night. neighborhoods in the mid to upper 20s for the philly metro area. even though temperatures are in the mid to upper 20s, it's going to fweel like the low to midteens and 12 in allen town. . trenton 15 and burlington a blusterly dangerously cold 16 and by tomorrow morning at 7:00 a.m., maybe get out there and
