the women all claim they have been sexual assaulted bier bill cosby. he says he did not it'sify the women in court filings. that promptedmore accusation and a screaming match between the lawyers. the judge told both sides that they did not want him to quote, call on the sheriffs and told them to speak in a civil manner. prosecutors said the 13 women will show a signature pattern by cosby, where he would meet younger women, gain their trust, isolated them, drug them and then sexually assault them. now the defense opposes bringing in those witnesses saying it would paint cosby in an unfair light, saying -- at one point they talked about facebook, instant message chats and posts on facebook. at this point, the defense is

this was near plum tree lane, police have not recovered a weapon and don't have a motive in the shooting. >> today a judge sentenced robert brand to 2 1/2 years in jail. the businessman was convicted of participating in a scheme to help fattah remain a campaign debt. chaka fattah has until next month to get his affairs in order he starts serving his sentence. the woman -- jill stein collected more than $7 million for the recall efforts, but courts blocked the recall. stein will donate funds to election reform and voting rights groups. members of a cumberland county congregation are trying to move forward tonight after part of their church was destroyed.

light snow tonight in the lehigh valley, looks to be pretty limited. there could be some late rain showers coming in later on during the night. so as we go through the night tonight and into tomorrow. if you see anything that comes overnight tonight is gone by the morning rush. it's not all that cold to start the day tomorrow, but doesn't really warm up a whole lot. the wind picks up and there we are in the 30s for most of the day. by thursday morning, yeah, now it's cold. we're in the teens, that's temperature, not feels like and we barely get to 20 during the afternoon in some parts of the area, here are the feels like temperatures. not too bad tonight and into tomorrow. we can handle this, we have had it before this month. but now we're talking about something we haven't seen, single digits. thursday morning, single digits

thursday afternoon. close to zero in some spots. doylestown, thursday evening, and into friday morning. and that's going to be the core of the coldest air. but we got some issues for the weekend, because we got the arctic air in place and moisture coming. so saturday morning, i think we're going to have some problems. snow, changing to an icy mix, but by saturday morning, it's raining and it's milder, and it's raining and milder monday morning, and windy and colder sunday afternoon. we have a limited period during the weekend there are going to be problems. look at the change that's going to happen over the next few days. we go from the 20s for highs on friday, to some places getting to 60 degrees. by sunday. we get more into the ten-day a little bit later. and i'm john clark, live at villanueva, coming up, we'll
