all we heard from the ''80s hits "growing pain," this morning we shall report the loss of one of the favorite tv dads from that show alan thicke. a family publicist says thicke died suddenly from a heart attack. he was born in canada. he had acting appearances since the 1970s he wrote the theme song to "the facts of life." he is survived by robin thicke. alan thicke was 69-years-old. a cease-fire agreement had been reached, that would allow rebel fighters to leave the city. though it's now unclear whether or when it will actually happen and there are new reports the cease-fire may have been broken this morning with the resum sun of artillery fire. the united nations stills up to

different abortion restricting bill. it would have banned a procedure after a fetal heart beat is first detected. this moment can occur as early as six weeks into a pregnancy before many women realize they are pregnant. they feel it would have led to costly litigation, kasich thought it would be found unkouns institutional. an tuesday, a judge in bill cosby's sexual assault case, admonished lawyers and at one point suggesting police could intervene, whether accusers would be allowed to testify against actors in his trial. he is charged with drugging and sexually assaulting a woman in 1984. prosecutors say the accounts of these show a pattern of behavior in cosby, but his attorneys doubt their memories and motivations. cosby has repeatedly denied all allegations of sexual
