right now at 11:00 a owner fights backup. a large tree topples a wedding party killing at least one ainjuring several others. it's foggy outside ahead of overnight rain, then a dramatic warm up for your sunday. these are foggy conditions greeting holiday shoppers as they walk out of the king of precau mall tonight. you can see the system moving into the area on the first alert radar. warm air moving our way is

triggering that fog. meteorologist martinez tracking that in the first alert neighborhood forecast. >> you can't see a thing outside. philly metro area with the fog all due to the warmer air as you just mentioned. we're going to go through what you should expect as far as visibility is concerned. three mile visibility for allen town. a quarter of a mile from mount holly. northeast philly as well. so again conditions are really bad all around. a little better from mill vill and atlantic city at four miles. we have the warmer air sliding into place. you can see the southerly winds. i do want to show you morning temperatures starting this at midnight. those stronger southerly winds kick up by tomorrow morning. look at how warm we get by early

tomorrow morning at 7:00 a.m. temperatures are going to be pretty much in the 50s. 57 for egg harbor. alonging with doyles town and trenton in the low to mid-50s and only getting warmer expecting temperatures to top out in the 60s. back to you. we weren't the only ones dealing with winter weather from new mexico to new england much of the country got battered with early season snow and ice. at least five have been killed on the road as hundreds of accidents have been reported. a tanker truck crash started a pile up on a highway. that burst into flames moments after slipping off a highway bridge and plummeting to the ground below. debris flew across the highway triggering a 55-car pile up. two people were killed, several others hurt. we're following breaking news in philadelphia. they're on the scene in a

barricade situation in kensingten. s.w.a.t. teams are heading to the scene right now. we have a crew on the way and we'll have an update as wu learn more information. new at 11:00, a philadelphia business owner fights back by opening fire on had him. police telling nbc 10 news a man tried to hold up an auto repair shop and the owner pulled out his gun and shot the suspect several times. the alleged robber was rushed to the hospital. no word on the suspect's condition. a tree falls on to a wedding party leaving one person dead. police say it happened as they were taking pictures at park in whitier just outside los angeles. at least 20 people were trapped under the tree and had to be rescued. six were taken on the hospital. no word on their conditions. officials say it's not known what caused the tree to fall.

tonight president elect donald trump has finished thanking the voters and on to looking ahead to inauguration day. we're 34 days away from mr. trump being sworn in as commander and chief. he wrapped up his thank you victory tour with a final rally in mobile, alabama and he fired back against a comment made by first lady michelle obama. the first lady told oprah that americans now know what it feels like to be hopeless following the election of mr. trump. >> i assume she was talking about the past, not the future because i'm telling you we have tremendous hope and we have tremendous promise and tremendous potential. >> mr. trump also said he thinks the first lady meant a statement in a different way than it came out. christmas is coming one and today is the final shaping

starting this at 11:00 p.m. and we're seeing heavy rounds of rain move in from west to east. and notice by 5:00 a.m., not much rain as far as the jersey shore goes but we will see more rain push eastward as the day frugreszs. by 1:30, the jersey shore will see rain showers and everything pushing off shore by 5:00/6:00 p.m. and otherwise, a live look outside is all about the soupy fog for tonight. visibility is for take your time driving. and it's all about the temperatures on the rise. current temperature 32 degrees. walnut, 32. so temperatures mainly in the 30s for the lehigh valley. and jersey shore 47 for atlantic city. may's landing, 43. and dennis township currently at 43 degrees and this is where it

gets very interesting. neighborhood temperatures starting at 11:00 p.m. we're seeing the temperatures on the rise by early tomorrow morning. pause this at 5:00 a.m. we're seeing southerly winds. 55 for doyles town and wilmington, 53 at 5:00 a.m. and we're already seeing 60s for much of the delaware valley. and vor hes along with philly seeing 50. at noon seeing low to mid-60s. a little cooler at allen town and much more comfortable than you have for the last couple of days. we have the much warmer temperatures on the approach by tomorrow. so upper 50s and 60s. overnight lows in the mid-20s. monday your respected high temperature. but notice we stay dry tracking another front pushing on through by thursday.
