tremendous potential. this morning the united nations security council will vote on a resolution to allow workers into the syrian city of aleppo. the aim is to prevent mass atrocities as thousands look to escape the war torn area. lucy cavanaugh is in london with the very latest for us. lucy? >> reporter: ayman, this is a resolution to deploy monitors to aleppo immediately in order to prevent what france has warned could be, quote, mass atrocities by syrian forces and allied forces in east aleppo. the cease-fire for now at least appears to be holding, but that aleppo deal fell apart initially when a convoy buses sent to evacuate two buses were attacked. that left desperate people over the weekend trapped in freezing temperatures, little food, no water. no access to medical facilities.

they had been destroyed throughout this war. they have been targeted by the syrian government. now this morning buses were evacuating some of those people still trapped in eastern aleppo. according to one u.n. official there was about 50 buses and two ambulances that were able to leave the rebel zone but, again, this is a fragile deal. a lot remains to be worked out here. while there is some process, it could easily be overturned. ayman. >> lucy kavanov, thank you for that. the manhunt continues this morning as arkansas police look for a man who fatally shot a 3-year-old boy in little rock. a grandmother was driving her grandson while at a stop sign a man got out of the car and shot at the grandmother, missed her and shot and killed the grandmother. they were upset at the grandmother stalling. they posted this flyer to facebook and announced a $20,000

live. what a wild weekend weather we had. >> it was a busy weekend. we had a little bit of everything out there. yesterday temperatures were way warmer than is typical for this time of year. the feels like temperature, that's the single digit you see in mount pocono. alan town feeling like 12 and 19 the feels like in trenton. areas like philadelphia, wilmington, violet all in the mid 20s. a lot of us starting out with a very cold feels like and true temperature as well. 14 for mount pocono, 30 mount holly. atlantic city starting out at 31 degrees. radar and satellite, this is a lot in the last few days. we had snow and ice on saturday and then rain moving through on sunday. today we will remain dry. instead, we're going to be tracking clouds and a close eye on those temperatures because we're going to be staying on the cool side. so here's a look where we are right now. 30 degrees in philadelphia. notice the winds
