you might return into a delay because there's an overturned tractor trailer. one says there's a garbage spill on the road. let's bring in francesca with more on the situation. what are you seeing? >> this came into my report about 20 minutes ago. we have a garbage spill on the left lane, for the most part, you see traffic is slowly getting by. it's not completely or entirely closed off. three to four police vehicles were on scene, as well as penn.wopenn pennd penndot. we have an accident on 95 northbound before highland avenue. it was originally blocking the middle and right lane. now, just the shoulder is blocked and traffic will

is showing off very spotty areas of rain that are moving in. this is way ahead of the actual system itself, which puts it off to the west. but what we're looking at is interesting. radar from the pink, i don't think of this freezing rain was indicating it was making it to the ground, but we mentioned through the morning, those isolated areas. let's talk temperatures to compare. if we have any rainmaking it to the ground, it's going to be the northern edge of but, county and lehigh valley. temperatures are below freezing. 31 degrees. like redding at 34, which means it would just be rain in the areas. same for bath and nazareth, so we could see some slick spots. it's going to be more of a danger if you're traveling late this morning and early afternoon farther north into the poconos, where we'll see icy conditions possible because temperatures are lower. in philadelphia, we're well above freezing, so no concern

there. just isolated rain chances with the better chances overnight. so here are your temperatures. 45 by 1:00 p.m. 4:00. that's where we could see isolated showers. better chances through the overnight hours into tuesday, so coming up, we'll take a closer look at the showers and more about the details of the workweek as you get back in the swing of things. today is an official holiday since christmas fell on a sunday this year. the city of philadelphia, offices there are closed, recycling gets bumped today and riders will have to check on times for their normal trains and buses because the transit agency is operating on a modified holiday schedule. new jersey transit is running on a weekend schedule today. in northeast philadelphia, two people are in the hospital after this multicar crash. it happened around 3:00 this morning near the kourner of the bowl yard and adams avenue in long crest. crews had to shut down the inner

and northbound lanes. new information we have about a shooter police are looking for in philadelphia. police say a man wearing a green jacket with fur on the hood and a black cap with red stripes and white snow flakes with two strings coming down shot a man in night town last night. witnesses said it started as a family fight. he rode off on a bike. the man has surgery in morning and is is in critical condition. in new jersey, the decision to dedicate money to upgrade the state's 911 call system could be left up to voters. if a ballot is approved in the legislature and then by voters, all of the money raised would be dedicated to 911 upgrades. this comes after a study found that only 15% of the $1.37 billion raised since 2004 went to the upgrades. one of those would let callers text in case of an emergency. kwanza begins today.

line cutting through the northern parts of burks county and lehigh. as a result, there may be some isolat isolated spots of freezing rain and that advisory have been extended to 1:00 p.m. i don't think this is going to be a major issue. maybe small spots, but overall, this is light rain and frozen rain that is falling, so, not going to be a big issue. the real bulk of rain is still yet to come. let's take a closer look. burks county and lehigh valley. we had the change from green to pink because a lot of temperatures were starting to boost to above freezing. meaning it's turning to just rain falling. here's a look at your suburb teps and most of them above freezing, so no concerns there. these are really isolated light rain chances. so, right now, we're at 37 degrees. west bradford township. same for unionville and lincoln university. gladwin at 38 and ft. washington
