teenager grace packer. the public is also invited to pay respects and share memories of the 14-year-old who police say was abused and killed. the memorial service is set for 1:30 at the presbyterian church. social workers will also hold a community forum tomorrow to talk about the signs of child abuse. packer's adoptive mother sarah and sarah's boyfriend jacob sullivan are charged in the death. the two are accused of murdering and dismembering and dumping her body in the county. well after an entire week without heat, residents in one bridgetown neighborhood are starting to warm up. now remember this video? a sink hole swallowed two cars on boston street last sunday. this is what the scene looked like a few hours ago. the gas had to be shut off to nearby residents while crews worked to fix the water main break. the gas was finally restored to everyone about 9:30 tonight.

it'll be wednesday at the earliest when everyone's water will be turned back on. a manhunt sundaysway after a man was found dead inside his crashed car. that crash happened on spruce street in bridgeton. police say the victim was shot. investigators are looking for a second person who ran from that car after that crash. well ten people are out of their homes tonight after a fire in redding. it started just after 1:00 this afternoon on the third floor of a home on burke street. no one was injured. investigators say an overloaded power strip started that blaze. well camden's committee of of splis heading to wisconsin. chief scott thompson is among the officials from across the country scheduled to meet with house speaker paul ryan tomorrow. the main topic is the use of force by police officers. next on nbc 10 news at 11:00, he was a long-time philly mob boss.
