we are live on the scene of a large sinkhole in montgomery county that swallowed up the front yard and left a truck teeter on the edge. and a busy day for donald trump as he gets set to reveal his plans for building a wall along the u.s./mexico border. and 20,000 and counting. cheers on the floor of the new york stock exchange as the dow soars to new heights this morning. right now at 11:00, imagine waking up to this. a giant sinkhole in your front yard that almost swallowed up your pickup truck. a live look now from skyforce 10 shows the skies of the sinkhole and the magnitude of it causing quite a mess in montgomery

county this morning. good morning, i'm katy zachry. >> and i'm tracy davidson. the problem that led to the sinkhole is affecting dozens of homes. the sinkhole opened up near brooke road and argyle road. some roads in the area are closed. pamela osborne is live on the scene to bring us up-to-date. pam, tell us more. >> reporter: well, this is a very active residential street, although right now you can see most of the activity is for work crews that are here. right now we have been speaking to people who live here all morning long. we talked to one neighborhood who said he walked his dog down the street every day and never saw any signs, any sinkage in the sidewalk. the earth around it, that it would give in, and that something like this would happen. there are several different crews here addressing water, gas services and, of course, trying to determine what is stable and what's not. as that white pickup teeters on the brink. >> incredible. hopefully it doesn't swallow the

house. >> residents on brooke street waking up to this, a sinkhole large enough to take down a tree, most of this concrete driveway and sidewalk. but that wasn't all it threatened to take with it when the ground opened up. >> i heard a sort of a loud boom. and i looked out and then what they heard was the water rushing through. >> reporter: kurt baker first wandered outside in the early hours of this morning when he noticed his water pressure was low. >> curiosity got the best of me. i came out here to take a look at what was going on and i was shocked at what i saw. >> reporter: he says the people who live in the house were inside at the time. after hearing a commotion, baker says they tried to go out the front door to see what was going on, but the door likely blocked by parts of this downed tree wouldn't open. so they went around back. and after seeing this, they called for help right away. >> the homeowner that lives right there and a few others were just standing there just shaking their heads. >> reporter: also shaking his head, ron forster, who owned

this home 30 years ago. >> we always wondered what was going on with the water table underneath, there was a little water in the basement now and then, so we always wondered what the heck was going on under there. now we know. >> reporter: and i put in several calls to cheltenham township. i asked them if they could they referred me to aqua. here's what i'm hearing from aqua, there's a six-inch cast iron main that broke, some of the work you're seeing being done right now is to the gas line. of the gas so that way customers will not be without in the area. as for the water service, we know that about 65 customers are without water right now. and likely will be throughout the rest of the day when i see you again at 11:30. we'll show you some of the work that's being done and how they are looking at the sewer systems here in the area. that's when i come back. reporting live in cheltenham township, pamela osborne, "nbc 10 news." thank you for the update.

president trump continues a busy tart to his first 100 days as he prepares to sign another executive order. >> this one will begin funding his planned border wall with mexico. national correspondent chris clackum is here to show us what else is on the president's agenda today. >> reporter: hoping to prove his often debunked claim that millions of illegal voters voted last november, president trump announced he's going to order the feds to formally look into it. trump tweeted wednesday morning, i'll be asking for a major investigation into voter fraud, including those registered to vote in two states, those who are illegal and even those registered to vote who are dead. but even republican congressional leaders say it's not worth it because there's nothing there. >> there's no evidence of that. and those who alleged that have to come up with some substantiation of their claim. >> this is going to erode the ability to govern this country

with our tax dollars. >> reporter: this on the day the president is expected to sign an executive order directing the shifting of federal funds to start the process of building a wall on the border with mexico. which practically all republicans support even a want more. >> and yes, we can secure the border, but it isn't just with, quote, building a wall. it is with the use of technology to give us the same kind of capability. >> reporter: another move on the immigration front, possibly by thursday. president trump will issue another executive order that will impose at least a four-month halt on all refugee admissions. and a temporary ban on people coming from some muslim majority countries. chris clackum, "nbc 10 news." the congressional republicans will soon begin arriving in philadelphia. they will be here for a three-day gop retreat to map out their agenda in washington. president trump will speak to the group tomorrow.

nbc 10's lauren mayk is live for us in center city. what have you seen so far? >> reporter: well, katy, this is all happening at the lowes hotel across the street from us. this is a joint retreat with republican members of both the house and senate. and they could be making some big decisions here. right now, take a look over across the street, and you can see some of the security that is starting to pop up here. we've got officers, barricades, there are parking restrictions already in place around this area. and security is expected to get tighter tomorrow when the president is here to address this group. now, let's show you some video from this morning as buses left washington, d.c. to bring lawmakers here to philadelphia. house speaker paul ryan will be here, senate majority leader mitch mcconnell as well. and, in addition, local members of congress from our region. they are basically coming home for three days of speeches and sessions to go over priorities and strategies. that could include things like

with a to replace the affordable care act with and also tax reform. now, republicans have a lot of power and opportunity right now in washington controlling the house, the senate and the white house. it is here in philadelphia they will talk about what to do with it. live in center city, i'm lauren mayk, "nbc 10 news." thank you, lauren. tomorrow the 1100 and 1200 blocks of market street will be closed both northbound and southbound. also 12th street from chestnut to filbert to market street will be closed to foot traffic. that will begin at 6:00 a.m. tomorrow. now to an nbc 10 exclusive. >> a student at st. joseph's university says two masked men tried to abduct her at gunpoint overnight. the young woman went to the philadelphia police special victims unit to give a statement. she says she was coming back from the train station walking past a house on overbrook avenue when two men in ski masks grabbed her and dragged her

behind a church. the woman's friend heard part of the struggle when she called before 9:00 last night. and on that call he could hear her pleading with someone. >> i was horrified. i was utterly horrified. that's the scariest call in the world to hear, you know, your this. >> the woman was able to get away when the attackers possibly were spooked by people coming up the street. st. joe's university advises all students and staff to be aware of their surroundings, walk in groups and park in well-lit areas. and police say an argument ended with a man getting shot in west philadelphia. the victim was hit at 46th and girard, and ran to a gas station a block away. police found him there and took him to the hospital where he's recovering. the gunman is still on the loose. and philadelphia police arrested three men following a home invasion in lawncrest. investigators forced their way into a home at gunpoint. they stole an ipad and other

electronic devices. police say they spotted the men a couple miles away and then arrested them. we have new details about a man shot and killed in philadelphia's hunting park neighborhood last night. police now say the victim was from horsham. police are trying to track down the gunman and the two thieves. they hope an i.d. left near the body will help in the search. today the former pennsylvania congressman chaka fattah will begin serving his prison service for using nonprofit money to repay a debt. and now to the timeline of the bridge connect iing burkes county and bucks county. they hope to release a timeline in the next few days detailing

xaktsly how long it will take to make repairsle. a crack was found in one of the meantime, service is back to service. the service was suspended when the bridge got stuck in the air on monday. tests are being done to see why this happened but crews got it down yesterday. time for a check on the roads with traffic reporter francesca ruscio. what are you seeing out there? >> we have been talking about the sinkhole since 4:00 this morning. i have alternates in place. i marked it with the graphic right over here. where you see in yellow is starting to create some bit of a delay affecting traffic. willow grove avenue is good there as well. watch the slow traffic at the pennsylvania turnpike on i-95. the slow traffic patterns are going to be very common for travelers trying to detour the

p.a./new jersey turnpike road closures which will be in play until further notice. so it will remain closed. so traveling from 95 to cross the delaware, here's a good skudder falls bridge from 95 to mercer county. traveling eastbound from the pennsylvania turnpike, hop off at exit 359 and take that southbound to 413 southbound, which will take you to route 130 over in new jersey. again, we have another accident to make mention of in jenkintown at york road and wyncote road. back to you, ladies. a big milestone on wall street as the dow soared past the 20,000 mark for the first time ever. we'll take a live look at the big board to see how the dow is doing right now and to see what is fueling that climb. plus, assessing the damage. the problems the shore is dealing with from this week's nor'easter. and what it will cost to get ready for this summer's season. and the wind is nowhere near as strong the last couple of

here's another look at the giant sinkhole we have been following all morning long. this is brooke road and argyle road in cheltenham township. pamela osborne is at the scene getting new information from the

water company and from the township. she'll have an update coming up in a live report. now to wall street, it reached a milestone this morning. >> yeah, the dow jones industrial average is trading over 20,000 points for the first time ever. this is a live look right now at the big board. you can see the dow is at 20,063, up 151 points right now. cheers erupted as they went above the 20,000 mark for the first time ever. the market has been rising steadily since hitting a low point in march of 2009 in the aftermath of the financial crisis. the rally continued after the election of president trump in november. a georgia state official says deadly storms there caused at least $100 million worth of damages. the weekend's storms killed at least 15 people and injured more than 40 others. a tornado touched down in the town of albany.

damage costs are likely to rise because many people lack insurance. blinding snow in parts of southeastern south dakota made driving very difficult there. look at this video. conditions slowed traffic on one interstate overnight and things are not expected to improve today. the forecast there calls for more snow and temperatures in the upper 20s. people in california have a big clean-up job on their hands after heavy rain sent mud gusting into a neighborhood in santa clarita. on monday governor jerry brown declared a state of emergency for 50 counties, including los angeles. moving to our area now, the jersey shore is expected to spend millions of dollars to repair damage to beaches from this week's nor'easter. the mayor of north wildwood tells us it will likely cost between $500,000 and a million dollars to fix the damage. further north in ortley beach it will cost a million dollars to replace the sand.

coming up on 17 minutes past 11:00, look at the sunshine. heading out right now, we have bright sunshine. the clouds have moved out. the wind is still blowing, but in spite of that wind, we have spring-like temperatures into the 50s this afternoon. some areas are already in the 50s. but the next round of clouds, not far away. they move in tonight. the clouds return with a chance of showers, only rain showers for our area. still breezy this morning. this is the effect of the nor'easter. the storm has pulled away, but we're getting winds out of the west at 16 miles an hour in philadelphia. you can see the steady winds in wilmington, millville and atlantic city at 15 miles an hour. a northwesterly wind is normally a cooling direction for us, but we've got so much sunshine that temperatures are climbing in the upper 40s. what a turnaround for the lehigh valley, the suburbs, delaware, 51 degrees. in philadelphia, 49 and climbing. south jersey, already a number of locations in the low 50s. bridgeton at 50 degrees. and it is piles grove at 50 as

well. it won't be long that many of the other spots on the verge of the 50s. and princeton, a nice warm up. it dropped down to freezing first thing this morning. so we have sunshine and a nice warm day. but the wind will still be with us but it will ease off this afternoon and this evening. that's philadelphia, 52 at 2:00. bright sunshine for the suburbs to the rest of the afternoon. and then clouds move in and will be blowing through the lehigh valley. mostly sunny skies at 2:00. turning partly cloudy at 6:00. notice the clouds increasing at 10:00. the beginning of the cloud cover brings showers for the overnight tonight. jersey's shore is cooler because of the ocean water keeping temperatures near 50 degrees today. but it is dry. the clouds have cleared out. you can see a few high clouds if you look closely. those are out of the picture for us for today. but the cloudiness is going to return tonight. you can see it's already producing rain in the ohio valley. that first line of showers in

the hour-by-hour forecast will fall apart as it moves toward our area. it will come in during the day today. at 6:00 this evening, we'll see clear skies. but the clouds arrive during the evening hours. by late this evening, 11:00, it is dry. but the chance for showers will be increasing going throughout the night. 2:00 in the morning, some light rain showers. it will be too warm for anything else. and then tomorrow morning, first thing, at 5:00, rain developing in delaware and south jersey. then it moves offshore by 8:00 in the morning tomorrow. and we'll have another mild day tomorrow with colder air to follow. tomorrow, the winds will be a little bit stronger than today. that cold front comes through, whips up the winds and will bring us a cooling trend. the trend for today and tomorrow looks pretty sweet with temperatures into the 50s. here's the colder air, you will feel it on friday. the wind will still be blowing and it gets chillier for saturday and sunday. this is typical for this time of the year. temperatures in the low 40s. but we'll get colder than

average on monday. so the weekend is looking pretty chilly. but it will be dry, we'll see sunshine and 42 degrees on saturday in philadelphia. and 40s in the suburbs. the lehigh valley in the upper 30s for saturday and sunday. sunday we'll see bright sunshine and a few scattered clouds. after morning lows in the 20s both saturday and sunday, a pretty typical warm up for the weekend. how long is that going to last? the cold? we'll look at that with the ten-day coming up in the next half hour. bill, we'll see you then. this is video coming up to take your breath away. ahead, the moment of impact when a fedex truck slams into a train and it is caught on camera. why the truck driver didn't get any warning that a train was coming.

begun serving a ten-year prison sentence. he reported to a prison in west pennsylvania just after 11:00 this morning just a few minutes ago. he spent 20 years in congress by using government and nonprofit money to repay his debt. women who marched on saturday to take a stand on women's rights have a new fight on their hands locally. >> they're angry over a social media post that was made by an atlantic county official. the county freeholder john carmen said he meant his facebook post as a joke. he said the women's protest may not be over in time for dinner. women were infuriated by his message and turned out at the freeholder meeting. >> as a taxpayer, i expect someone to focus on the rights of all his constituents. and he can make his own dinner. >> it was a joke. you know, bad taste, absolutely. but that's all it was. nothing more.

>> freeholder carman insists the community has other important issues financial in nature that deserve equal passion. new this morning, volunteers throughout new jersey are counting up the number of homeless people on the streets. in the city of camden, people took part in nj counts 2017. a twice-a-year effort to figure out how big the problem of homelessness is in the garden state. and to figure out what can be done to end it. the program helps bring in federal dollars to the community to help fight this problem. we spoke to one newly homeless woman at the joseph house shelter who was grateful for help. >> it's a humbling experience. there's a lot of help out there but a lot of ignorance out there as well. >> they plan to return to washington, d.c. in july to push for increased federal funding for homeless services. and sinkhole surprise. imagine waking up and seeing this in your front yard.

take a look at your tv screen. a giant sinkhole caused quite a mess in montgomery county this morning. skyforce 10 is over the scene giving us a bird's eye view of the damage caused by the sinkhole. it opened up near brooke road and argyle in cheltenham township. some roads in the area are closed because of this.

nbc 10's pamela osborne is live at the scene where the sinkhole is only one of the issues there. pam, dozens of the people are really feeling the effects of the water main break that caused the sinkhole. give us the update of what is happening behind you. >> reporter: yes, first i want to show you exactly what is going on. i want to point your attention to something. take a look at the roof line there, the sinkhole itself is massive, but right now i want your attention at the roof. the house with the sinkhole out in front has dropped down quite a bit compared to the other houses. we were told they all typically sat at the same line there. so there right now you can see this piece of equipment that has dropped the hose down there. there's a concrete pumping service that is here on scene. now, they are going to begin to fill that hole. gas crews, aqua water crews, township officials and police, all i'm seeing here has crews assess the stability of the ground. there's a block worth of trucks on this street right now. one of them we saw with the

cheltenham truck. they had a piece of equipment they lowered into the ground to get a better look at the pipes. they were watching that feed from above the ground and we saw a 6-inch cast iron pipe was broken. how that relates to the sinkhole they aren't sure, but the sinkhole opening up at 4:00 this morning. the people living inside the house were there at the time. a neighbor spoke to us after to say the homeowners tried to get out the front door not realizing what happened. they could not open the door, so they went around the back when they saw the sinkhole. >> i walk to school, i walk the dog every morning. there was no indication, none of the collapsing in the sidewalk or anything. it just happened. and i know it's not a good thing, but i'm glad it happened during the night and not during the day when we have a lot of people walking through here. >> reporter: and it may be hard to see, but the hole starts right where the blue garage is right there. you can see that white pickup

truck basically hanging on by the tree. that's supporting it there. we have some new numbers from aqua. they say that 65 customers are impacted right now. peco is here also trying to reroute and restore gas services to other customers in the area. we know that the people who live here in this immediate area on this street are likely going to be without water throughout the day. my colleague, deanna dorenti, is on the ground right now with much more on the later editions of "nbc 10 news." i'm pamela osborne, nbc 10. we are tracking president trump's first 100 days. this morning the president tweeted that he would investigate possible voter fraud during the 2016 election. the president has made the often debunked claim that millions of illegal voters voted last november. the associated press also has obtained a draft of an executive order that would review the cia's interrogation methods. today the president is also expected to sign an executive order to build the wall along

the border with mexico. nbc's gadi schwartz has more on what the wall could look like. >> reporter: yeah, we don't know what president trump's wall is going to look like, but we know what a border fence looks like. the president trump doesn't not want a border fence but a border wall. this is part of 700 miles of border fencing separating the united states from mexico. this could cost about $6.5 million a mile to build. a trump wall will be considerably higher than that. but people on that side of the border, people on this side of the border that live in this community say this fence is not particularly effective because people can jump this fence, climb this fence, at about 15 seconds. it's up to border control to apprehend these people. we also know that donald trump wants mexico to pay for this wall. mexico says they are not going to pay for this wall. and it is still unclear how much this wall will cost. gadi schwartz, nbc news.

meantime, green peace protesters climbed a wall to send a message with a giant banner reading "resist." peter alexander tweeted the sign is visible from the white house. president trump signed a series of executive orders to advance construction on the keystone and dakota pipelines which environmental groups oppose. south carolina governor nikki haley is now the u.s. ambassador to the united nations. she was sworn in in washington by vice president mike pence just a short time ago. haley easily won confirmation by 96-4. her critics point to her lack of experience with global affairs. congressional republicans are on their way to philadelphia right now for the start of a three-day gop retreat to map out their agenda in washington. president donald trump will be here tomorrow to speak to the group. nbc 10's lauren mayk is live in center city with all the details leading into this retreat.

hey, lauren. >> reporter: hey, katy. this is the kind of thing you might have done for your job or maybe for school, get out of your regular environment so you can focus on things like strategy. that is exactly what these republicans are doing. and they are doing it here in philadelphia. now, they are taking buses from washington to get here. they left earlier this morning. and they will be spending three days here talking about things like how to replace obamacare and perhaps what to replace it with. now, i want to show you a live look at what is waiting for them here. security, even a few protesters here. they are going to have all day today to talk just among themselves. but tomorrow, president trump will be here to address them. and they will get to hear directly from him. now, their relationship with him is a bit of a work in progress. so we'll see how it progresses here in philadelphia. live in center city, i'm lauren mayk, "nbc 10 news." thank you, lauren.

tomorrow the 1100 and 1200 blocks of market street will be closed northbound and southbound. also 12th street from chestnut to filbert and 13th street from chestnut to market will be closed on the east and west sides. foot traffic will also be limited in the area beginning at 6:00 a.m. tomorrow. well, the sun is finally shining. and it is a mild day across our area. here's a live look, it looks beautiful out there. what is to come this afternoon? and for the rest of the week? let's go to nbc 10 first-alert meteorologist bill henley who has your most accurate forecast. bill? >> great to see the blue sky again, isn't it? here's a view from the nbc 10 studios. the trees are blowing many the wind. the wind hasn't completely died down, but we'll enjoy blue skies for the rest of the day. this wind is going to limit the warm-up during the day, but we're doing pretty good so far, even in the pocanos mountains the temperatures are just above freezing. you can still see some clouds blowing through there, but a great day to be on the slopes in the mountains. temperatures already at the 49-degree mark in philadelphia and the suburbs.

and sunshine in new jersey, 48 degrees now with winds out of the northwest at 15 miles per hour. we are seeing some sunshine in the lehigh valley, but the lehigh valley is just on the edge of some clouds. these clouds will pass by dry. and the temperatures will climb to near 50 degrees at 2:00. and then they start to come down later this afternoon and this evening. that's when we'll start to see the next round of clouds come in to play. but not during the day today. you'll see sunglasses for philadelphia, the suburbs, look at the afternoon temperatures. that's like early spring, 54 degrees in philadelphia. and 51 degrees in the lehigh valley in spite of the scattered clouds. i'll show you when to expect the wet weather and what to expect with it when i come back in just ten minutes. >> bill, thanks. take a look at this video, it was just released of a train slamming into a fedex truck. watch the truck on the left-hand side of your screen. watch it. oh, my gosh. a police officer dash cam shows the train just missed the

truck's cab saturday in salt lake city. investigators believe heavy snow and ice stopped the train crossing arms from lowering. two people suffered minor injuries. after arnold schwarzenegger attended pope francis' weekly audience at the vatican today. as the pope addressed the large group, schwartz necker was in the front row with his girlfriend. the pair was not expected to meet privately with the pope. "the terminator" star said he's a great fan of the pope calling him a, quote, true leader for the church. >> a new change is a literal sign of the times at one of the country's busiest train stations. workers at new york's penn station turned off the 10-foot electronic board listing train times and replaced it with 40 eye-level digital screens around the station. crews will remove the big board altogether in the coming week. commuters say the board was one of the few recognizable landmarks in the station. and a similar change is soon coming to philadelphia's 30th

street station. amtrak reportedly says the electronic board there will be replaced with a digital version. all right. so some small items are pretty easy for thieves to shoplift, right? >> not that we're advocating, but true. smaller and more accessible. but wait until you see what one man in texas snuck out of a store. the security video shows the suspect shoving a guitar down his pants and walking right out of the guitar center in ft. worth. it happened last wednesday. police say the fender guitar is worth more than $1500. well, start your engines. the philadelphia auto show will soon roll into town. we'll have a look at what is fueling this year's show and give you a sneak peek at some of the newest cars you can soon see on the road. and if you can, steal time and spend it outside with sunshine. look at the snow, that's all part of the same system. we'll show you what to expect and when with the ten-day in ten when i come back.

50-degree mark in philadelphia. south jersey at 50. not far behind, the lehigh valley and the suburbs. sunshine nice and bright. it will be warmer into the middle 50s for marshallton. middletown at 49. and along the coast, lewis and rehoboth beach in the lower 50s. nothing but sunshine midday today. but i am tracking the next round of wet weather. it's not going to be here during the day, but it will come in tonight. the clouds appear this evening. you can see snow in the midwest into minnesota, wisconsin and reaching into northern michigan. but this is what we're going to see, just rain and colder air staying to the north. the first round of showers is getting close to western pennsylvania. the first round will bring in rain showers. look at the showers from lehigh to wilmington to philadelphia.

at the shore, the temperatures are a little cooler because of the ocean water influence, but still a bright day with sunshine. going into the late afternoon, you can see the clouds pushing into the area. the clouds will take over in the lehigh valley at 8:00. we are looking at mostly clear skies for philadelphia, delaware and south jersey. that changes overnight. by early tomorrow morning, we have the first rain showers. it's going to be too warm for anything other than rain with this system. that first round of showers moves through. and then first thing tomorrow morning at 5:00 when we're on the air with "nbc 10 news today," more showers tracking along south jersey. those won't last long. later in the morning they're out. and then tomorrow afternoon, even warmer than today. 56 degrees at noontime in philadelphia. 57 in millville. and 55 in wilmington. a couple nice days before the cooler air takes hold at the end of the week. 54 degrees this afternoon, breezy at times, but lots of

sunshine today. tomorrow the wind will be blowing and we dry out as we warm to 56 degrees. we just saw south jersey and delaware will get a bit warmer. then the wind will start to bring in colder air. you'll feel it on friday. 35 in the morning, 45 in the afternoon. but it really arrives this weekend. normal high temperature is 40 degrees. we'll be right in that territory saturday afternoon and sunday afternoon. it's the mornings that will be cold with readings in the 20s. and it will feel even more wintry on monday, 38 in the afternoon after a morning low of 27 degrees. the good news is, even though we have winter temperatures coming back, we're dry. high pressure is going to be with us. it stays dry for tuesday, wednesday and then thursday and friday we'll be in february and feel like it, too. morning temperatures in the lower 20s on thursday morning, even a bit colder on friday. and then afternoon high temperatures will be below normal for a change into the 30s.

well, forget the flu, this year the bug to avoid is the norovirus. outbreaks across the country including our newsroom are bringing misery to several families and forcing schools to close. tom costello has more on that. >> reporter: the symptoms are enough to send you to bed for days, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, fever and body aches. the norovirus is spreading misery across the country. some moms dealing with multiple kids sick at the same time. >> my middle child had it

saturday, sunday my older one got it and then on tuesday my youngest one got it for the second time. >> reporter: several hundred students have gotten the virus in several days, classes canceled. outbreaks in rhode island calling for schools to disinfect cafeterias and other areas in the school. this is not related to the influenza virus but it is highly contagious. >> and if you are near someone who is vomiting, the person vomiting creates a little aerosol. and if you're close enough, you can literally breathe it in and then you'll get sick 24 to 48 hours later. >> reporter: experts say the virus can live on bedding and counter tops making it tougher to fight. the best defenses are the most basic, frequent hand washing with soap and water, hand sanitizers are not enough. disinfect contaminated surfaces with a bleach-based cleaner and wash lyinens and towels.
