has the fiber, but it also has heart-healthy fats to increase the good cholesterol. so it improves your overall cholesterol profile. we also went over nutrition sprinkles. you pick them up at the store, they don't have a taste. and you can sprinkle them on yogurt. put them in a smoothie. you can put them in your meatballs if you're joy bauer. don't tell your kids. and they're very versatile. yeah. and actually, the last food was oats. oats -- obviously oatmeal is terrific. oatmeal forms a gel in your body. and then it binds to choleste l cholesterol. it doesn't just have to be oatmeal. there are so many ways that you can prepare oats. i've put it in the food processor, and i pulse until i make oat flour. then use that for pancakes and muffins. you can also throw raw rolled oats into smoothies. and it thickens them up and adds nutrition and, of course, some lowering clegs trol magic, as well.
