city dealing with a pizza gate story that sparked conspiracy theories last year. >> authorities looking at online threats directed at the owners of the pizza shot. both share space in fish town. a video that went viral claims a link between the businesses and sick perversions. a man accused of firing shots in d.c. back in december, the man believed hillary clinton was running a child sex ring out of the place. the bogus theory was circulated online. a man who attempted to rob a philadelphia deli is in the hospital this morning after the store's owner shot him. man was armed when he announced he was robbing the deli last night. the owner pulled out a gun of his own and sholt him. the owner had a permit to carry that gun. 4:05. 20 degrees right now. councilman proposing to lower the city's cigarette tax. wants the council to hold

ones holding a vigil for a girl killed in a hit and run. died wednesday night when she was hit walking near the palmer park maul. over the scene in north hampton county. family members we spoke with at the vigil were inconsolable. >> he will never be forgiven for taking such a sweet person from all of us. >> i want to grab her and hold her and give her a big hug. >> police found the vehicle involved in the crash. still looking for the driver who left the scene. happening today in montgomery county. funeral services held in flourtown for george james. startsed as a boxer and later became a trainer. coaching the likes of heavyweight champion sonny. died last week at the age of 79. now to breaking news.

homes evacuated after this 4,000 gallon gas spilled. overturned tanker truck along route 611. right now helping people forced from their home. katy zachry live in warrington. the spill is under control. the hazmat teams behind me are still on the scene trying to clean up the massive mess that happened here at the intersection of 611 and easton road and where it crosses with freedom way. this happened around 8:00 last night at this very busy intersection. tractor trail early overturned and spilled about 4,000 gallons of fuel it was hauling. that fuel spilled on the road. people living nearby, about 75 people in total had to evacuate to a nearby school. the red cross as you said at the top of this story is there assisting those people with overnight sleeping accommodations, food, water. that sort of thing. the shelter i'm told is expected

to run through this morning. they are still waiting on bucks county emergency officials to give them the all clear that 75 people can go back to home again. they live right along this stretch of route 611 and freedoms way where the spill happened last night. we asked the officials who were investigating this crash and were here on scene what led to that crash. was it black ice because of all the storm and snow that we saw yesterday. they are still investigating that. reaching out and hopefully have an update for you in 15 minutes from now. at this point, they are hoping to reopen the road in the middle of today's morning rush. we'll let you know. for now reporting live, katy zachry nbc 10 news. 16 minutes past four. high wire performer got right back on his wire just a day after an accident that injured several members of his troop. performed last night in florida. he says he got the blessing of five performers who fell while performing a pyramid in a dress

temperatures will be cold to start with. warming trend. we get a little bit more sunshine. the number could go into the 50s. clouds muff move in for sunday. 46 the high. and it will be dry as we head into next week. great news for valentine's day. 44 monday. little bit warmer for valentine's day, which makes sense. high of 47 degrees. dry on tuesday. there's a chance of light snow in the area. 39 degrees on wednesday. by thursday it's gone and cold is still with us. 20s in the morning. 30s in the afternoon. low 40s for friday and saturday. that's getting closer to normal. then standby. another warmup next week. saturday and sunday will start cold, but warm into the middle 50s with a lot of sunshine in the afternoon. so all in all, a pretty good looking week. just have to be on the lookout for icy spots this morning. because there was some melting this morning with bright sunshine and now it's refrozen
