>> this is a huge skanlds. no word from the trump administration tonight. live in the breaking news center, i'm brandon hudson, nbc 10 news brsh. and this news comes after russian spy ship was spotted off the delaware coast. a defense official tells the associated press that the ship has been operating in international waters. >> in the meantime, news revelations involving national security advisor mike flynn. the justice department alerted president trump weeks ago that flynn misled the vice president about his phone call with russia's ambassador. flynn had insisted he had not discussed sanctions prior to the inauguration. the president was informed by the doj on january 26th that

flynn was not truthful, but vice president pence wasn't told until 15 days later. by then the vice president had gone on tv to defend flynn. >> we got to a point not based on a legal issue, but based on a trust issue with a level of trust between the president and general flynn had eroded to the point where he felt he had to make a change. >> the white house says the thorough review of flynn's actions and recorded phone calls found nothing illegal. president trump's counsellor kellyanne conway is also under scrutiny tonight. the office of government ethics is now calling for an investigation after conway endorsed ivanka trump's fashion line during a tv interview. investigators believe conway may have violated the standards of ethical conduct in doing so. turning to the weather now and the return of windy conditions. you're looking live at the air guard building in center city. you can see the flags moving, and they'll be flapping even harder when the wind picks up tomorrow. >> let's go to first alert chief

meteorologist genschwartz. he has your neighborhood weather and the most accurate forecast in town. >> the flags are blowing. it's been blowing this way with the cold air coming in. now it's blowing the other way. that means warmer air. 34 in -- wilmington and it's not going to get that much colder overnight. we do have rain to the south. looks like it may just raise southern delaware and part of cape may county. not all that chilly. the wind will be picking up as the day goes on. as we take a look farther to the coast, lehigh valley looks kind of dry first thing in the morning brsh you can see the jersey shore by 7:00 a.m., 5:00 a.m. could be a little bit of light rain, but that's about it.

we have wig changes coming. even temperatures in the 60s. tell you when that comes coming up. >> crews are still on the scene of a fire in lehigh county. sky force 10 over on rockdale road in north white hall township. this used to be the rockdale hotel. officials tell us they are monitoring hot spots here. you can see the three story home completely gutted by the flames. one person had to be rescued, but there are no injuries reported. new video into nbc 10 of a hit-and-run after a woman hit two cars and a pedestrians in germantown. surveillance images were taken moments after the driver hit a pedestrian at germantown avenue. we stopped the video just before the moment of impact. witnesses say the driver hit another car moments before running over the woman. the victim is expected to be okay. police say the driver continued on and crashed into this honda. the driver was later arrested.

spotted at the top of the hill apartment complex tonight. police say a woman was leaving her car when a masked man pointed a gun at her and shoved her into an suv. investigators say the robber punched the victim before bringing her back to the complex. >> dozens of immigration activists converge at ice headquarters in philadelphia. >> they were there to support two people arrested in an immigration raid tonight. here's the story from iris delgado, a reporter with our sister station, telumundo, 62. >> it was around 5:00 this afternoon when a man and a woman were led through this door for immigration officials after a raid was conducted somewhere in the city. >> reporter: dozens of supporters walk as the man with

shackled hands and feet was led into ice headquarters. a short time later this handcuff woman was also escorted by federal officials into the building. >> i got a text message from the sanctuary movement saying there had been a raid and people should show up at the ice headquarters. ♪ yeah, yeah, yeah >> reporter: members of new sanctuary movement have been preparing for this moment for months. their primary tactic is to get the word out as soon as possible via their hotline. >> we've seen this is the sixth raid we've known about, and that sends to send a wave of terror through the country. >> do you know if the raids are happening on a daily basis. >> the night i reached out to immigration officials to inquire of today's arrest, the response? today was business as usual. there isn't enough in local raids. meanwhile, president trump says the being kraing down on illegal immigrants is merely the seeping of his campaign promise stating on his twitter account that gang members and dealers and others

are being removed. iris delgado, nbc 10 news. a series of immigration enforcement operations around the country netted more than 600 arrests. the department of homeland security says 75% of the more than 680 people arrested this month were criminal aliens. immigration and customs enforcement officials reiterated that sentiment saying the targeted enforcement is for wanted criminals, not random stops of innocent people. to bucks county now where two textbooks have sparked a debate over climate change. >> nbc 10 denise is live in the central bucks school board meeting in doylestown with details. denise. >> reporter: well, this was one of the largest turnouts, and their voices were heard. late tonight the board members voted to approve both text books. >> i'm appalled, upset. >> a debate with parents, students, and other community members speaking out in support of two text books that mention

in the new administration. christie had been a sur gat for mr. prez trump throughout his campaign, but he was never nominated for a cabinet position. >> israeli prime minister benjamin netanyahu will make his first trip to president trump's white house tomorrow. the israeli leader hoping to build strong ties with the white house. the otherwise warm relationship was strained earlier this month when the white house warned i israel to stop announcing plans to build new settlements in the occupied west bank. >> more than a dozen officers at vaughn are correctional center have resigned reportedly in fear for their lives. this all comes after a hostage standoff left lieutenant steven floyd dead. the head of the corrections officers union says 17 officers have quit or filed for retirement since the february 1st standoff. today governor john carney announced two judges will complete a thorough review of the uprising. tonight we're getting our first look at new video of an attack on a pe ta police

weather pattern for snow lovers. 29 degrees in allentown. temperatures are well into the 30s and much of the rest of the area and that is above average for this time of the night at this time of the year. the reason the wind is starting to come back out of the south and that is bringing at least temporarily warmer air in for tomorrow. we've got the wind increasing again. by tomorrow afternoon it's going to be picking up. by thursday it's going to be even stronger. perhaps gusts of 40 miles an hour by thursday. precipitation doesn't look like much. basically a dry week and weekend and into early next week, except for just a couple of small exceptions. and temperatures reaching 60s by sunday. we have clouds coming in here ahead of the system down to our south that we've been tracking for a week now. it's still looking like the bulge of this is going to go to our south.

the faa is investigating a dangerous incident involving actor harrison ford. while landing a plane in orange county jed he mistakenly tried to come down on the wrong runway. ford's plane naur rowly missed an american airlines plane on the ground with 100 people on board. fortunately ford landed safely and no one was hurt. it was a night to remember for a south jersey high
