breaking news tonight on nbc 10 news at 11:00. a family is in the hospital after this home goes up in on t. a fire crew on the way to a scene of a warehouse fire ends up needing help. what happened that caused this crash. bundle up. a cold and windy night in our area. it's only going to get colder overnight. what you can expect for y first forecast. nbc 10 news starts now. a 7-year-old girl and her parents are in the west oakley neighborhood. we know the girl is in critical condition after fire crews rescued her from a second floor.

injuries. let's go to the scene, to aun drea cline thomas. >> reporter: the cold and wind, we're told, made it more difficult. firefighters are still out here on the scene. when they arrived this evening at 6:30, the flames involved the first and second floor of this house. they rescued that child from a second floor bedroom. >> devastation. lot of heartache. >> reporter: from across the street, you can see all the way to the back wall of this charred home. >> there was a lady in the yard screaming for help. they took them out of here. >> reporter: the cold and wind made putting out the fire more difficult. while some were attacking the flames from the outside, others ran inside to find a girl who was trapped in a second-floor bedroom. >> that's how we were fortunate to get to this young child and hopefully, in we made a difference here.

>> reporter: the 7-year-old is in critical but stable condition. her parents were also transported to the hospital and are expected to be released tonight. while fire officials could not confirm if anyone else was home at the time. neighbors say more children live in the house. meanwhile, next door, an elderly woman was evacuated and sought medical attention at the scene. her family rushed over to make sure she was okay. >> we all grew up in that house, all of us. my mom, my dad, uncles, aunts, cousins. >> now that the flames are out, the investigation continues into how this fire started. as neighbors agonize over the well-being of the injured child. >> we see the children all the time. i would see them in the morning going to school. it's sad. really sad. >> reporter: back out here live, the fire marshal will return here to the scene tomorrow. on monday, we're told that smok

detectors will be handed out in the neighborhood. although, it's still unknown if it would have made any difference in this fire. reporting live in west oakley, nbc 10 news. hope for a quick recovery. thank you. more breaking news, a fire truck rear ended a car on the way to a fire in north philadelphia. this happened at east lehigh avenue and emerald street. the back of the car was smashed in. no one was hurt. cold and windy night in montgomery county. take a look as grocery shoppers in pottstown were rushing to get in and out of the store. a perfect night for the float. look at camel back mountain resort where the weather was cooperating for the skiers and snow birds each at this late of the night. how long is the cold sticking around? let's check with the neighborhood forecast. >> very cold conditions, in fact, colder by the hour.

this is a look at the feels-like temperatures. right now, single digit territo territory. 8 in allentown. reading and pottstown, 5, 6 degrees what it feels like currently. even northeast philly stretching through to mt. holly. 6 for the feels-like conditions and at the philadelphia international airport, 9 degrees currently. just a little better further south. millville, 16 degrees. but nonetheless, anywhere you step outside is very cold. partially due to the winds that are strong coming from the north. 18 miles per hour in -- not as windy as earlier today. but the breeze is strong enough to make it colder than it is into tomorrow morning and afternoon. 6 is what it feels like in philadelphia at 7:00 a.m. by 11:00 a.m., 21. 2:00 in the afternoon, only 32 degrees. we'll talk more about the feels-like conditions neighborhood by neighborhood for your sunday and then a warmup coming up. all right. krystal, thank you. new information about a revised executive order on immigration.

two senior administration officials tell nbc news that the meantime, while the president is spending the weekend at his palm beach home, he's making serious allegations against his leasd a series of tweets accusing former president obama of tapping his phones at trump tower in new york during the election. in a statement an obama spokesman called the accusations false and said neither president obama nor any white house official ever ordered surveillance on any u.s. citizen. all across the country today, trump supporters gathered for a pro trum trump rally. from columbus, ohio, to new york to washington, d.c. people had a message for the president. we are behind you. 60 pro trump rallies were held. 700 people turned out to show their support. people for trump organizer jim

authorities in camden are investigating after human bones were found in a park. the remains were found this week along the shoreline. it's not clear how long they've been there. the bones are being sent to a lab for identification. took to the streets in which is -- handing out flyers to neighbors. they're encouraging people to report any information about the crime to police. now, this is the same neighborhood where vandals knocked overhead stones in mt. carmel. the fbi has opened an investigation. mt. carmel was one of several jewish cemeteries vandalized around the country. a small memorial of flowers and candles sits outside the wendy's on pottstown. a worker was crossing the street last night when he was struck by

a restaurant where four people were shot early yesterday morning is back open tonight. 7165 restaurant on germantown avenue replaced the window shattered by a bullet. the shooting started as a fight as people were leaving open mic night. people are still searching for the gun person. governor chris christie signed a law required child detection sensors on buses. they're not installed on most buses in the state. that's because regulations have not been approved. the sensors would sound an alarm if a child ran in front of or
