say, half hour or so ago, but we're getting that accumulation on some of the sturdier surfaces out there. roadways have been treated and they're warm, so most of that has been melting off. in cape may, we have seen that change over from rain to snow. there's still kind of a mixing going on. they have some crews out there making sure the roads are safe. any way you slice it, we have seen snow across the board this morning. it started out in the northern zones. that's where it is starting to move out of. thinning out the snow there. still passing through the suburbs. still passing through philadelphia. you see this deeper blue here. that's where some of the steadier snow is now starting to fall in parts of new jersey. this is stretching from pemberton down to vineland. then we continue stretching it right down into delaware. so smyrna to dover. that's going to continue to move offshore here. then it will thin out in areas

like the suburbs as well as philadelphia. let's track it out, but with temperatures because it stays cold. we're in the mid 30s across the board right now. some of us are actually in the lower 30s. there goes the snow at 1:30 in the afternoon. st it's scattered over the suburbs. it's thinning in new jersey. then we pull out entirely by about 3:30 in the afternoon. that area of the rain is out, but some scattered snow showers behind it are possible even though temperatures will be around the upper 30s for many of us. the scattered snow showers, they linger. we're at 4:00, 5:00, 6:00 p.m. this line moves along philly and into south jersey as well. even the shore could get some brief periods of that steady to heavy snow, but this is something called a snow squall, so it moves quickly on out. so here's a look at the wind gust forecast. we're tracking winds right around 15 to 25 miles per hour coming from the northwest.
11:52 am
but those gusts as we go into late day and overnight 30 to 40 miles per hour. just forcing in that very cold air. so now we're switching to the feels-like conditions because overnight into tomorrow not going to be a good one. 16 what it feels like in philly at 9:30 at night. 10 in allentown. we continue to track this through midnight. now we have single digits on the board. burlington at 7. philly at 12 degrees. we go into tomorrow morning. rosemary and i will be back in 6:30 a.m. feeling like 7 degrees in philly. 5 for doylestown and 7 in wilmington. while the snow is out, the bitter cold will hold tight and it will hold tight the whole day. 10:30 in the morning you think you can get in a late run? it's still going to be cold. only getting to upper teens, some 20s out there in the afternoon tomorrow because the high temperatures will likely only be in the low 30s. here's a look at your ten-day on
11:53 am
10. 39 is our high today in the afternoon. 32 your high saturday and 34 sunday. although there may be some sun. monday we're at 37. then there it is again tuesday. right now we're tracking the potential for what could be a more considerable snowstorm passing our region. that would be monday night into your tuesday. we'll be windier wednesday. you see finally start to pull those temperatures up by the end of next week. we'll be right back.
