there was no drugs or alcohol found in his system when he crashed head on in to the troopers car. still no word on if a medical emergency is to blame. >> philadelphia police are investigating the suspicious death of a toddler. the police were called to the apartments just before 8:00 last night. we spoke to a man that said he tipped off police after a woman who lived in the apartment told him about the dead child. just how the boy died will be determined by an autopsy. follow-up to a fight in a septa subway saentation. 18 teenagers were arrested. we spoke to a community leader that urged unity in dealing with violent outbreaks. >> the students that use the corridor and get on the subway and attends schools on the car

investigated for violent extremism, authorities say he acted alone. new details on a man that was is accused of making bomb threats. he used his neighbor's wifi to disguise himself while making the threatening phone calls from his bedroom. as the authorities moved in for the arrest, the teenager tried to grab an officer's gun. they are not naming him, saying only that he is a dual citizen of israel and the u.s. three centers were evacuated after getting threats last month and a dozen others across the country. delaware governor, john carney is proposing steep budget cuts and tax hikes to bridge the gap. a reduction in senior property tax credit and cuts to schools and higher education.

even redding, lancaster, and pots town, not at the beaches. we will get a wind off the ocean, so they are not going be getting there. for tomorrow, southwest wind, trying to warm us up, a couple of sprinkles in the morning. but other parts of the area look like they are going to be dry. that's why we do neighborhood weather. some neighborhoods get it and some don't. delaware at 58 and again, it's going to be much, much warmer on saturday. look at that, 70 in philadelphia. even 64 in lehigh valley with a chance of a couple of showers in the afternoon. but, many much better chances of rain on sunday. i do not expect it to be a wash-out. i do expect it to be much, much colder than saturday. the wind will be coming in off the ocean, and it is going to be chilly. the jersey shore will be in the 40s all day.
