country. it's a victory for the american people. >> reporter: keith jones, nbc 10 news. it's also important to note the affordable care act only passed with three votes to spare seven years ago. president trump said he will turn his attention to tax reform. going to this now. the fire that lit up the skies at a manufacturing building in bucks county is now under control. sky force 10 was over the thick smoke and flames earlier this evening on state road. here is video from the ground. the fire started at 5:00 at the metal finishing corporation. no one was hurt but we watched for hours. aanthe jersey shore tonight. police say he plow into a teenager and kept driving with the victim holding on to the hood. going to show you some cell phone video of the wild ride this afternoon in lakewood. the victim is holding on to the hood of the car. police say the driver hit a

this is a one day run. we'll see a very different day on sunday. we'll talk about that when i come back with your full forecast. >> we'll see you soon. a murder mystery in burlington county. police are trying to figure out who killed a mother and her son. investigators say they were stabbed multiple times in their home at the fox meadow apartments in maple shade. the woman's husband found their bodies when they came home from work last night. we have new video of a man police are looking for in connection with the murder of a well known community activist in philadelphia. police aren't saying how this man may be connected to the crime. she was found shot to death inside her home last month. she headed the university city green not profit. also tonight, a 13-year-old killed in cold blood. it's been two weeks since someone murdered himmed in insi

philadelphia restaurant. >> it's right around this time two weeks ago he was in an ambulance on his way to temple university hospital. the teenager died months before his middle school graduation. now we're told a community will gather tomorrow evening at this intersection for a candle light vigil. a teenager's whose memory now live on through photos. >> who you miss most? >> his smile and he eat. >> reporter: relatives can smile looking back at the good times but a few days ago his life was cut short when he was shot inside a chinese restaurant in philadelphia. police are still looking for the killer hoping this surveillance image can break this case open. >> as long as they get limb, that's all i want. >> reporter: we sat down with the teenager's great grandmother and cousin. they told us the family is holding up well.

the 13-year-old's funeral was yesterday. >> it's hit the family pretty hard. we stay in connect with each other. >> i didn't know he had that many people that really care for him. they did. >> reporter: it's been two weeks since the shooting and the family wants answers. >> why would you shoot him? they didn't have to shoot him. he wasn't but 13. he's a kid. >> reporter: again, the vigil is right here at the intersection of indiana and north broad at 6:00 tomorrow evening. police have not charged inside in the death. they are still trying to find out why someone would kill a 13-year-old. nbc 10 news. tonight, a local youth hockey coach is facing charges for sexually assaulting a 12-year-old boy in wilming tton. he did this back in the early

'90s. the statute of limitations in the new jersey face expired so he's only facing charges if the assault in delaware. a guilty verdict in the trial of graham spaniard. they found him not guilty on a second charge of child endangerment. he mishandle l complaints related to the jerry sandusky sex abuse scandal. sandusky is serving a 30 to 60 year sentence. his lawyers are fighting to get it dismissed. he was first church official convicted. prosecutors say he helped the transfer of problem priests. he served three years in prison before his conviction were tossed out over trial errors. a device that's used to

steal credit card information and your identity has been found hidden inside a gas station pump right here in our area. police sent us this picture of that skimming device. investigators say they were getting reports of identity theft in the area and found all the victims reported getting gas at this exxon station on lincoln highway. they opened up this gas station pumps and found the device inside which clones the card information. philadelphia's election fraud task force was launching an investigation after allegations of illegal activity. democratic write in candidate was announced the winner of the 197 district but republican opponents say voting was filled with fraud and intimidation at the polls. task force officials say they got dozen of complaints. tonight in center city a

vigil to remember transgender women lost to violence. organizers say seven trans people have been murdered in the city since the beginning of the year. tonight they gathered at william way lgbt community center to mourng the loss, raise awareness and inspire people to take action. organizers provided information to those who attend it about ways they can take action and address the violence. they ram right through that. the fire was overwhelming. >> the fire didn't stop two officers from running to the rescue. how they saved people trapped inside this burning home. taking the blame. we have new reporting of actor harrison ford after a mishap at the airport. why he calls himself a schmuck. taken at the mall.

a guilty verdict today for the woman accused of kidnapping a baby boy. prosecutors say she trolled the mall last march looking for gnaw born to sale. they say they want the maximum sentence when she's sentenced later this year. the 33-year-old was caught on surveillance video snatching the baby in the food court. she took the baby home to her boyfriend where she passed the little boy off as their baby and

continued with the lie when she took the child to her parent's house. police officers ran into danger to save a woman trapped in a fire. drew smith with the story new at 11:00. i want to show you where the door landed. you can see hoi damaged it is. doors was not an option for the people trapped in this fire. >> the flames were overwhelming. >> reporter: the darkness of 4:30 a.m. suddenly lit up by shooting flames. ed young said he immediately tried to help his trapped thabs. a man and his wife who managed to breakthrough a front window on their own. it was around back where another woman was stuck. >> the woman was unconscious.

the flames were licking at her. >> reporter: police were first on scene quickly followed by firefighters. jeffrey stewart said the officers ran around back while he went in the front. >> we backed out. >> reporter: stewart was hurt in this rescue attempt. a burn to his arm. officers faced several obstacles in the back. >> i picked the officer up and pushed him over the fence. >> reporter: another officer followed. >> it was saving that woman's life. >> reporter: some pets did not make it out. young said if they waited just seconds longer to make this rescue, the fire would have claimed a human life. >> the police officers got here and didn't hesitate to run towards that fire. >> reporter: two people remain in the hospital tonight but we're told they should recover. i'm drew smith, nbc 10 news. tonight we're learning about actor harrison ford's mistake at

an airport in southern california where he landed on a taxi way. >> he released tapes of the conversation he had just after landing. >> i landed on the taxi way. >> ford said he was distracted and worried about turbulence from another aircraft before landing. he flew just a hundred feet over a plane carrying 116 people and landed on the same tax key way as another airliner getting ready to take off. 74-year-old actor is a long time pilot. he crash landed at a golf course back in 2015. tonight it's official. july 6th is kevin hart day in philadelphia. nbc 10 was the only station at the comedian's movie shoot tonight in delaware county. >> kevin hart day in city of philadelphia. >> it was a big deal. >> he's loving it.

he was honored with a certificate and plaque announcing the official day. july 6th is also his birthday. tonight the african-american museum of philadelphia is marking a milestone. the museum celebrated 40 years with a special gala event in center city. george spencer and i had the honor of the event which highlighted four decades of african-american heaart, histor and culture right here in philadelphia. if you haven't visited, you definitely do it. she's the media mogul founder of tv one and radio one. i had the pleasure of interviewing her. >> great night. you didn't have to wear the heavy coat out there. we're going to start the weekend in the 70s. also some rain for part of it. >> we got to take the good and the bad hand in hand. it's going to be a mixed weekend. we're basically going to be looking at unseasonable warmth
