not seeing a ton of rain but lingering clouds and sun peeking through the clouds as well. this is into montgomery and it will be moving out of our viewing area. it is up to the farthest east parts. it is all rain that is falling. temperatures are above freezing. it is light to moderate rain pulling through right now. you'll see there is still scattered showers on the backside of this. the actual focus of the storm has already moved on well to the east of us. showers will linger meaning spotty rain. you might want some umbrella if you head out in the next hour or so. this is well above freezing. it looks very good out there. 67 in philadelphia and in wilmington, 6 1 in redding.

it is 55 for our current temperatures. that means in air whareas south will be easy to hit the 70s for highs today. we'll take a closer look at forecasts and talk more about the chance of rain that returned over the next several days. >> thank you. police say an argument lead to gunfire that killed three men. police say a pair of gunmen opened fire yesterday afternoon hitting four people. a near by school went into lock down. they tried to shield share cuds from watching too much. when they say i saw a dead body. how am i supposed to feel about that? >> the fourth victim is in stable condition with a gunshot wound to the stomach.

police still looking for the two gunmen. they may have driven away in a dpra s gray suv. a beating caught on cell phone video. take a look. the eight grader says he was jumped by a large group of other students. he did not know them. you can see at least seven people throw punches at the teen's back and chest. the teen is too afraid to show his face. >> i was pretty scary. i wasn't expecting anything to happen. >> thank goodness there is video and technology helps. it will hopefully get these kids and teach them a lesson. >> the victim and a friend were celebrating a friend's birthday. in camden county a firefighter hurt. nbc 10 on the scene.

flames broke out around 4:30 this morning. we are working to learn the condition of the firefighter. investigators will be looking for the cause of the fire. armed robbers pulled off cedar brook road. they walked into an open door, grabbed a dog, two cell phones and then they took off. no one was hurt. they believe the victims may know the robbers. philadelphia police looking for the robber in this new video. he attacked a man in the middle of the day. police say the truck driver was pulled out of his vehicle. he drove off with the truck before abandoning it. he got away with money collected from several businesses. >> also, police looking for a man who held up a 7 eleven. he said he had gasoline in a cup
