>> police continue to search for her abductor. they saw the four-year-old girl in the neighborhood around 7:00 last night. she was found unarmed two hours later. nbc 10 on the scene where the girl was kidnapped. they say a man literally scooped the girl off the street and drove away. a passer by discovered her in a park about 20 miles away. happening now in pike county the trial continues for eri erieric eric frein. he arrived in court after he had to be treated at a hospital while hitting his head while brushing his teeth in his jail cell. he killed one officer and injured another. closed today after bacteria

we have breaking news in sweden. a deadly truck crash is a terror atta attack. it slammed into a department store and killed at least two people. there are reports shots were fired at the scene. police made no arrests. we'll bring you updates on the air and on nbc 10 app. the u.s. air strike on syria, the u.s. fired nearly 60 missiles at an airfield that is believed to be involved in this week's chemical attack. officials say at least seven people were killed, nine hurt.

hour wilmington. millville 26 miles per hour. we have to talk about the fact that even though temperatures are pretty much in the 40s it will feel colder than that. phillies home opener in your forecast. we have westerlies throughout the entire day and increasing wind speeds and wind gusts. we are seeing winds out there. i will not add showers. we'll see passing sprinkles very quickly. a lot of times we had colder higher clouds. they tend to sweet out sprinkles. i'm keeping clouds out there but be sure you bundle up. feels like temperatures, i will start this at 3:00 p.m. and start for just one hour through 4:00 p.m. notice it's going to feel like it's only in the upper 30s. that's because we do have the influence of those west northwesterly winds that will start to increase as the day

breaking news, reaction to u.s. air strikes on syria. it was in response to a kem kl attack earlier this week. allies are supporting it and russia is condemning it. >> expected to be meeting for a briefing on the air strike. at least seven people were killed and nine were hurt. nbc has more on russia cea's response to the attack from moscow. >> reporter: russia taking a couple of swipes at the u.s., defense ministry claiming 23 did not hit their targets at that air base. russia's defense saying the was very low. from the kremlin, strong but predictable condemnation. putin himself didn't speak but they say it was an act of aggression against the sovereign country that violated

take a look at what a strong storm did yesterday. basically the roof was ripped off. it was smashed down on cars in the parking lot. it appears straight lined winds caused the damage. today crews working to remove this tree. the tree landed on wires near moore avenue this morning. they say barriers were set up to close the road but cars were scooting around it and going under the tree. that's dangerous. it be spring but it looks like winter in other parts of the country. these areas could get a little more snow today. the it also brought high winds. new this morning a tourist hurt in the london terror attack has died. the woman fell into the towns river when an attacker drove

into the crowd last mobt. the at the time toll now stands at five including a police officer. others shot and killed this attacker. ordering a company to clean up its property because it endangers public health and property. he says this contributes to the heroin epidemic. in a statement it hopes to work to find a solution. it shows a passenger walking bay woman who had her head stuck between the subway doors. no one even stops. >> no one even addresses her or try to help her. >> we saw four people there walk by this woman a worker freed the woman.

they say the doors were open when the train was never in danger of moving. that's scary. passengers didn't think twice about helping a visually impaired man who fell onto the tracks. >> hey, do yyou. >> others helped lift the man from above. passengers alerted police officers who urged them to stop the oncoming train. he had a leg injury but other than that he has but okay. rickles died at the age of 90. >> politically correct he was not. don rickles and his insults for years. comic known as mr. warm in fact

morning long. it is not going to change much until an area of high pressure from the southwest starts to develop. we are seeing a couple of patchy showers. that's just about it. current temperatures 46 degrees. philadelphia currently at 45 degrees. more importantly we are seeing a shift in the winds. now, philly home opener, this is what you can expect. temperatures in the mid-to upper 40s. the winds will be pretty steady at that time between 15 and 30 miles per hour gusting up to 40 to 45 miles per hour at times. we are seeing lots of clouds and temperatures in the mid-to upper 40s. so let's talk about home opener win. west northwesterly means it is blowing in from behind left field. so keep that in mind. they are going to increase through this afternoon. so feels like temperatures chillier than actual temperatures especially if you're sitting behind home

p.m. upper 40s there for philadelphia. the clouds are going to be stubborn. i could explain this in detail. squeeze this out, the extra sprinkles. for the lehigh valley we have clouds pretty thick due today and high pressure develops to the southwest. it will be our weather maker for this upcoming weekend. look at the sunshine on saturday and sunday. mid-to upper 60s on sunday. low 80s on monday and tuesday. upper 60s, possibly a sprinkle here on wednesday. keep that in mind. 66 on thursday. a mix of sun and clouds on friday. i am eyeing this upcoming workweek. we'll see temperatures climbing really above average into the 80s. so monday 80 and tuesday 80. we may even hit 81 to 82. more nbc 10 news coming up after
