firefighters got the call around 2:00 this afternoon. it took them about an hour to put it out. people were inside when the fire started. two people went to the hospital for smoke inhalation. they have not said what started that fire. philadelphia police arrested a man they say set three separate fires in the course of a month. one allegedly damaged the famed deli. juan barkley is facing several charges including arson. a delaware man is charged with human trafficking after he force women to have sex with men. he was arrested after a lengthy investigation. they're trying to identify anyone else who may also have been involved in the operation. using drones to save you from drowning.
