accused of trying to sexually assault a woman. this is video of that suspect. he's wearing a black vest. he attacked a woman in the block of ridge avenue. he knocked the woman to the ground and hit her with a a pistol in the head. police say he then walked her to her residence where he attempted to sexually assault her. she refused. the woman was taken to the hospital but is expected to be okay. also new at 5:00, we now know when jury selection will get underway in bill cosby's sexual assault trial. jury selection begins may 22nd in pittsburgh. cosby is charged with drugging and molesting a former university employee in 2004 at his montgomery county home. also new at 5:00, a police department has been cleared of assault. the alleged victim says he out

of view of security cameras kicked him in the knee hard enough to break his leg. but again, acquitted today. jurors in the eric frein murder trial are watching a videotaped interview that frein gave to police the night he was captured. prosecutors played the three-hour tape for the jury today. on that tape, they asked to give closure to the family of corporal brian dixon. he said, i did this, no one else did. he's accused of killing one trooper and abandoning a second outside the barracks three years ago. authorities captured frein seven weeks later. new jersey governor chris christie is the most unpopular governor in the country. that's according to a poll by the morning counsel. 85,000 voters were asked to rank their governor in the poll between march january and march of this year. 71% disapproved of christie.

be coming to ab end. several violated the rules during parents weekend earlier this month. the school instituted new rule when is it comes to drinking. spot checkers found 9 of the 82 greek organizations violated those rules. they were put in place after the death of one student. police have video of the night he died. he fell down some steps at a pledge party. he later died. no one called for help until the day after he fell. that fraternity was shut down. medical marijuana advocates say they are day to take on jeff sessions and what they are calling a new war on weed. they are lobbying congress to pass legislation that would protect users of medical marijuana who comply with state laws. currently federal law prohibits any use of marijuana. advocates are concerned the new attorney general is taking a

hard line stance. >> over the years, we have seen this issue become less and less partisan and more about people who have met people who need medical cannabis. >> jeff sessions ordered to review marijuana policies. the demonstrators say trying to convince congress to completely lift the federal ban of the drug. harrisburg is asking for feedback from the medical community. they want input for physicians who want to be a part of the state's medical marijuana program. the proposed regulations outlined the process. doctors must go through to register in the program. pennsylvania's medical marijuana program is available to residents who are a doctor's care and seek treatment for certain medical conditions. an organization dedicated to preserving pieces of the past now finds itself the victim of a crime. it's putting their historic collection at risk. someone stole two air-conditioning units and tried to swipe a third from outside the historical society.

a parking permit bat sl brewing in one of new jersey's wealthiest shore towns. the bureau is scheduled to introduce an ordinance that will require a $100 permit to park near the beach. it will be introduced at tomorrow night's board of commissioners meeting. the permits would be required for five streets. >> it became the free beach. it brought too many different variables coming here at the same time. >> opponents of the ordinance say it infringes the on the public's right to access the beaches. philadelphia is lock for pre-k providers. the stu released applications for the early childhood education providers who want to partner with philadelphia's
