that's the word from the philadelphia water department tonight after a chunk of asphalt caved in last night. we are told crews fixed the water leak. they working to get the street repaved and ready for the afternoon rush. one budget causing very different reactions. it is good news in atlantic city. homeowners are getting a break on property taxes. the average homeowner will pay $136 less than last year but that same budget could cost taxes to go up for people in atlantic county because the city was originally supposed to give more than 13% of casino revenues to the county but now they are only giving about 10%. they say the county may have to raise property taxes to make up the difference. a delaware judge could rule on thursday whether three teenaged girls should be held responsible for the death of a classmate. she died in wilmington after she

years ago. authorities captured him seven weeks later. hundreds are gathering right now to remember the victims of that deadly school shooting. yesterday morning anderson got clearance to enter the school after telling the staff he needed to drop something off for his wife. when he entered terrence fired several shots killing his wife and wounding two boys. he then killed himself. eight-year-old jonathan martinez died at a hospital after that shooting. a nine yield classmate was also shot. tonight we learned that victim has been upgraded to stable condition and is in good spirits. a philadelphia police detective has been cleared of assault. he was accused of assaulting a man he was escorting last february. he claim he kicked him in the knee hard enough to break his

we have 70s, 60s out there where it was over 85. we have 70s in wilmington. stone harbor up to about 72 for tomorrow. we are going to be looking at another pleasant day. before we get there we'll see clouds on the increase. live doppler is sweeping the sky. near by we have this front. we talked about it several days. it brought severe weather to places like chicago. at this point it is sort of falling apart. as it approaches we could pick up an isolated shower overnight or through the first half of tomorrow morning. so we are watching the winds out of the south which have kept it considerably cooler along the jersey shoreline today. we are going to be watching through the overnight hours this front as it approaches. you can see the clouds increasing. winds will take a west to northwest turn. the front will be out of here. you may get an isolated shower. you may not. we'll start to clear out and get
