provides support to adults living with physical and mental disabilities. since this morning we learned there is a total of five people in this house. three clients were fast asleep at the time of the crash. two employees were also home. one was sitting on the other side of this brick wall. a layered brick wall in crumbles forcing the people who found safety and security in this group home out in the middle of the night. >> the clients that lived there are all right. they were asleep. >> reporter: their clients are adults living with disabilities under the watchful eye of staff. >> the staff really care about their clients. she kept saying i got the ladies out of the house. they are all okay. i can tell she is trembling when

she is talking to me. i did have a staff person sitting in a chair right where the car came in. she got pushed. >> reporter: it happened when the driver hit the driver of the red car near broad. >> i lost control of the wheel. it went to the right and he went in the house and i went right there. >> reporter: she said the impact sent the red car into the house. they say the clients were immediately moved to the house next door until they can figure things out long term. the woman was taken to the hospital to be treated for nonlife threatening injuries. the residents okay right now as well. reporting live. i'm pamela osborne, nbc 10 news. >> thanks for that. fire crews put out a house fire. officials believe the fire

started on the third floor on washington avenue. everyone got out safely. no one was hurt. happening right now in chicago lawyers for that man that was dragged off that united airlines flight are talking about the incident. it showed him being pulled off and refusing to give up his seat on an overbooked flight. two more are on administrative leave. attorneys filed for papers asking united airlines and city of chicago to reserve all evidence connected to the case. we should learn more today. united airlines announced all passengers on board that flight will get their money back. a little bit breezy out there and a little cooler outside today. nothing wrong with that.

that breaking news is about the fate of three teenagers charged in the death of a fellow high school classmate during a fight. a delaware judge convicted one teen of homicide. tim is live in wilmington with more on this story. >> reporter: the judge here says amy didn't die because she lost a fight she died because that day the main defendant attacked her out of the blue and didn't stop attacking her until another student pulled her off. we are not naming the three defendants as they are juveniles. the main defendant was found delinquent, that means guilty of the attack. the judge agreed amy would not have died of a heart problem if she wouldn't have been attacked so violently. the outcome was the worst possible case for everyone involved. one student found guilty of planning the attack. let's hear from the man representing the give convicted of killing her. >> at the end of the day you cannot brutalize someone in the

were actually five people inside of this home when a car hit it. we learned that one woman, a staffer at this group home was sitting in a chair at the other side when this wall hit. she ended up going to the hospital to be streettreated fo nonlife threatening injuries. i want to explain to you about this home. it is owned by blossom philadelphia. it provides support to adults living with physical and mental disabilities. three clients and two staff members forced out early this morning after that car went crashing into the side of the home. one told us her steering wheel locked up. she was in the gray car. she lost control hitting the red car. the red car went into the corner of the house leaving residents and the woman sitting in the living room at the time pretty shaken up.
