i'm yasmin vossoughian. the fbi and police are scrambling to find a man who shot someone point-blank while streaming live on facebook. police say steve stephens is armed and dangerous. are asking residents of pennsylvania, new york and michigan to be on high alert. nbc's steve patterson has more on this. >> reporter: terror in the streets of cleveland, a city wide murder manhunt. >> find somebody i'm about to kill. i'm about to kill this guy right here. >> reporter: police scouring the street, searching for a man live streaming and execution in broad daylight and telling viewers he's responsible for several more deaths. graphic video streamed live appears to show the suspect getting out of his car, telling the man he is about to dry. >> she's the reason this is about to happen to you. >> reporter: the shot rings out and the victim laying in a pool

of blood. >> it is shocking, a kill canner trying to show his power. >> reporter: police identify the suspect of steve stephens. >> we know who he is. he will eventually be caught. >> reporter: on his facebook page, which has been taken off line, stephens claims to have killed up to 15 people. >> i'm going to kill as many people as i can over here. >> reporter: he posted a video manifesto about the killing spree before live streaming the suspected murder. >> just like i'm always the bad guy. no matter [ bleep ] i do, people always make it out to be me. >> reporter: a horrifying new reality, murder streamed live on soesh media. >> let's hope they find him. thank you to steve patterson reporting. vice president pence in south korea where he made a visit to the demill tar sized zone. the beginning of his trip where the missile launch exacerbate rising tensions.

janice, what is the latest you are hearing? janis mackey frayer. >> reporter: the demilitarized zone dividing the two koreas. could you look into north korea and north korean soldiers were looking back. the visit had had personal meeting to mr. pence. his father a bronze star medal winner for service during the korean war. he says he keeps that medal close to him in his west wing office. but also his entire south korea trip took on new strategic significance over the week end with another missile test by north korea. a medium range missiled from east coast, it faltd. u.s. officials confirming it blew up less than five seconds after the launch. it came hours after a massive military parade went through the streets of pyongyang, kim jong-un presiding over it. missiles, mobile launchers and what experts believe is new weaponry. all of it suggesting north korea

victory to his refusal to release his tax returns. i did what was almost an impossible thing to do for a republican, easily won the electoral college. now tax returns are brought up again. >> every other president has shown their tax returns and i think there's something in it he wants to hide. >> reporter: his irritation evident after saturday's nationwide protest called the tax march. someone should look into who paid for the small organized rallies yesterday. the election is over. >> a lot of people out marching over the weekend. later this morning the trump white house will experience one of the biggest logistical operations of its tenure, the annual easter egg roll. with tens of thousands of families attending, it is expected to be a big challenge for the first lady and her office of small staff after reports of stumbles in planning. for the first time in 14 months the highest court of the land will have a full bench. president trump's pick, conservative neil gorsuch

joining colleague, just seven days since he took the oath of office at the white house. we are join by nbc's tracey post. how will the judge impact these upcoming cases? >> reporter: he tips the balance back to a 5-4 conservative majority and first test could come this week as he begins to hear cases on the u.s. supreme court. on wednesday a case out of missouri with a church-affiliated preschool sued because they were denied state funds to upgrade their playground and make it safe. these were funds set aside for that purpose but this school was denied because it is affiliated with the church. the state argued taxpayer dollars cannot go to religious organizations. the school argued they were being discriminated against solely because of their religion. now, judge gorsuch weighing in here could side with the school because as an appeals court judge he was a friend of religious freedom. it will be interesting to see how he considering this case. there's another case that's

coming up very soon involving whether or not it is okay for vendors to refuse to serve same sex couples because they argue it violates their own religious freedom. again, a religious freedom test not only for this court but for this brand-new justice. yasmine. >> there's certainly interesting cases to watch out for. definitely will be a predictor as to how the supreme court will be laid out for the next who knows how long. tracey pots for. thank you so much. images the united airlines passenger being dragged off the flight are fresh in people's mind and another pr nightmare could be in their mind after a man and his fiance were kicked off a floit to their with wed wedding. the couple traveling to coasta rica and they were moved to their correct seats. before takeoff they reportedly were removed from the plane, missing the flight to their

his first alert neighborhood forecast, the most accurate in town. bill? we're getting a warm start this morning. clouds are overhead. the temperatures, we were in the 80s yesterday. they didn't cool off to typical april levels. 50s and 60s. normally we'd be in the 40s this time of year. 66 in philadelphia. delaware in the upper 60s. 68 in south jersey. the suburbs are at 57 degrees. there are some cooler neighborhoods but not by much in philadelphia. 70 in andora. manayunk is 71. 69 in graduate hospital. the airport is the cool spot at 60 degrees and 70 in fox chase. unusually warm start. but i am still tracking clouds and a chance of showers. they're not here yet. but these showers will be moving in from the west. may want to grab an umbrella if you're heading out the door. i'll be back to show you how quickly those showers will move in, who will get them and who won't. i'll have the futurecast when i'm back in ten minutes. first jessica boyington watching your first alert traffic. that's right. bill, we're watching the
