second day and trying to discredit her story. >> the civil lawyer is sarcastic outside of kourlt today. she's been in the courtroom days listening to the prosecution's case and the defense angle on the events that allegedly happened. on the second day, andrea constand on the weekend stand said lawyers were picking away at cell phone conversations she had with cosby in the days and weeks after he drugged her and sexually assaulted her. constand was the director of operations for bwomen's basketball at temple university. cosby a major alumni. defense lawyers spent forur hous looking at cell phone records. her cell phone was part of the records and that's where they communicated dozens of times in the winter of 2004. constand's lawyer said their client had no choice but to

we have seen the defense chip away at her story. do you think cosby's team was successful in attacking her credibility? >> reporter: this is a strategy we knew was going to be used from the beginning. any time she said anything slightly different, she said blue the first time and yellow today, they were going to attack her. make sure you pointed out and the jury hears it. then you argue that in closing. it will be up to the jury after hearing so many different inconsistencies. some of them being big inconsistenci inconsistencies, they are trying to show a pattern. >> andrea's mother was the next witness scheduled to testify. what does this say about the

prosecution's strategy. >> prosecution had a very consistent strategy here. you heard they had the first witness that testified two days ago. she was the first accuser. after that they bolstered her testimony by bringing on two witnesses. put on constand. now they are bringing on her mom to back her up and use that as to bolster her testimony. the defense is going to say it's her mom. what do you. the expect her mom to do? but her mom did have some recordings they are also using. so this is a very consistent strategy by the prosecution. >> something to do with a cell phone, what have you learn ed about that? >> reporter: we have all learned that horrible lesson at some point. this is a phone. you know not to have it on you. if you do, you better make sure

but not a fully sunny day. and the closer you are to the coast, the clouds will be. but it will be better than today. a couple peeks of sunshine here and there. but some pretty threatening looking sky out there with temperatures in the 60s. there's nothing on the radar to indicate any kind of rain. the temperatures fairly uniform in new jersey. 66 in mount laurel, medford and we're going to be probably in the 70 plus area tomorrow. 70 degrees in robinsville. we're going to see a huge warm-up. there's no doubt about that. and we're probably going to be having a heat wave starting on sunday.

we could go ab entire week without rain. at least some of us, that's possible. and sunshine, it's coming. wait a couple days. we're going to have a lot of sunny days coming up. we have that 60 degree weather around here. it's only 64 in pittsburgh. so there isn't exactly warm air just to the west. we have to go pretty far to the west to find that warm air. it's not coming this way at this point either. it's going to take awhile to develop. it just goes up a little bit every day as we go into monday. we're talking mid-90s and humgdty. this is the clouds. a little northeast to southwest. look how clear it is near the coast. that's a sign of things to come.

it is just the heating of the day. whatever heating there is creating the clouds. so when the sun goes down, the clouds go away. as we go through the night, there go the clouds. everybody has got clear skies except for atlantic city. as we head through midnight and a lot of sunshine to start the day except the shore. we're going to have more clouds there. it's going to keep the temperature down. other areas are going to get into the 70s with at least some sunshine during the day. i think it will be just bright and sunny both saturday and sunday. temperatures in the 70s. it gets up to 92 degrees on sunday at the shore. that is lenty hot. now across the ten-day period, temperatures continue to climb.

busted, police put a stop to a drug sale happening at a popular restaurant. three people arrested during a marijuana raid on lancaster avenue. >> new details of employees a at nearby stores say they sell pot outside the restaurant for months. and take a lock at this. nbc 10 obtained this picture of the drugs hidden inside a chipotle toilet. it's part of a widespread issue in the area. there's the bust. crack sold at mcdonald's, marijuana out of caesars pizza ask cocaine out of estia. >> people told you they were not surprised by this raid. >> reporter: they told e me they smelled the stench of marijuana for months, but had no idea that a worker would be accused of selling the drug out of chipotle restaurants.

here. the oak valley woman had to shell out hundreds of extra dollars just to get home. >> she was excited to travel to cancun for her son's wedding in march. >> i couldn't wait to get there. >> reporter: she said getting to mexico was easy. but on the way back, delta airlines wouldn't let her or her daughter board the floigt home. >> i was very upset to say the least. >> the airline blamed the problem on travelocity. and says a delta rep told her travelocity hadn't paid the airline for the floigts. >> i knew that wasn't trou because my credit card was charged. >> deltaen wouldn't budge. >> i had had to stay calm and do what i had to do to get home. >> she bought one-way tickets for her and her daughter on another airline. the cost, $871, which was hundreds more than she had originally sent.

>> my plan was to settle it when i got home. >> but after she got back, the airline would only reimburse the delta flight and left she ask her daughter on the hook for the flights she boked last minute. >> the more i thought about it, i thought it wasn't right. >> reporter: she made another call to nbc 10 responds. we reached out to delta, which told us while it has ideas of what happened, it can't say why it happened. the airline says it is, quote, in error. travelocity said there was not a payment issue. after we got involved, delta e reimbursed her $871 for the new flights. >> i couldn't have accomplished that without you guys. >> travelocity also tells nbc 10 responds after looking into the case it shows the return tickets were somehow issued on the day of departure. it says that may have somehow caused an issue.
