i'm frances rivera. all eyes on former fbi director james comey's high profile testimony with headlines across the country detailing his allegations against president trump. reaction was mixed. more conservative media rallied around the president criticizing comey's performance. nbc news received new information about attorney general jeff sessions, a source says after his public testimony comey privately told senators about a possible third interaction between sessions and russian officials. sources also tell us that this month president trump son-in-law jared kushner is expected to meet with and provide documents to members of the senate intelligence committee as it conducts its russia investigation. hallie jackson has more on the block buster hearing. >> reporter: commanding a spotlight entirely his, james comey turned it on to the president, describing donald trump as not truthful and not credible. >> i was honestly concerned he

damage to come out of the hearings. comey says trump lied in this in saying that the comments about with flynn were direction, but then you also have comey who said that he leaked the information in those memos about those discussions. what's the worst there to come out of that? >> i think the worst thing to come out of that is the former as opposed to the latter. at this point trump potentially lying has much further implications than potentially comey trying to salvage investigation on better behalf of the good, so i think at this point the bigger concern is whether or not donald trump did have criminal intent and whether or not his lies would lead one to that conclusion. >> that's the question here. your thoughts, watching this and hearing this testimony, are you saying whoa, this is teetering on obstruction of justice. >> experts are divided. everyone agrees this was a product of naivete and not

schoolers and young adults from an alabama church set to fly from atlanta. police are investigating what caused it. federal prosecutors say the alleged nsa leaker may have had plans to release more classified information. assistant u.s. attorney said 25-year-old reality winner admitted to leaking a document to news agency the intercept. prosecutors also said winner allegedly wrote in a note book that she wanted to quote burn the white house down. and she posed a flight risk. winner pleaded not guilty to willfully transmitting national defense information. she was denied bail and will remain in jail pending trial. overnight a deputy and her husband surrendered to police after they were indicted for murder. the deputy and her husband said nothing as they arrived at the police station. both were indicted in the death of john hernandez. cell phone video last month shows terry thompson using that choke hold to hernandez to

side, here northbound. on the southbound side, a few minutes ago i was watching some construction on the off ramp here. i think within the last few minutes or so, looks like they cleared out of the way. either way, some of the ramp restrictions may have been lifted. and either way besides that, we're not seeing any delays on 95 southbound because of it. there was an earlier crash on 95 around girard avenue within the last 15 minutes. that's cleared out of the way. no more delays there. the vine street expressway, closed between broad street and the schuylkill expressway. now this typically reopens around the 5:00 mark. about another half hour or so for that. watch for that closure both directions eastbound and westbound. also bridges, clear on the betsy ross, clear on the tacony palmyra. we have alternating lanes of construction traffic until 5:00 this morning over the burlington bristol bridge. back to you. >> thank you. we have exclusive video from a deadly police shooting in philadelphia. here it is. surveillance footage appears to show a man running from police seconds before an officer opens fire and kills him. and now his family is outraged.
