fairly cloudy skies now. as we go in we'll see more and more sunshine and temperatures up near 80 degrees, which is a lot cooler than we have seen recently. at the shore with winds coming in off of the ocean look how cool it is. 68 in ocean city. it is 73 in stone harbor and cape may point. it won't warm up a whole lot during the afternoon. ocean temperature 66 degrees. it is 77 inland. it will be getting warmer over the weekend. it's on i habviously not going towards the inland areas. we are talking about high humidity on top of that. it will be really steamy. the wettest period will be friday and again on monday.

you could still see showers over the weekend but nothing like friday and monday. we do have possible thunderstorms. the main feature is how steamy it is going to be. as we take a look at satellite and radars the clouds seem to be breaking up at least around the philadelphia area and south jersey. there are patches of showers in ohio but the heavier stuff is well back to the west. as we go through the afternoon we'll be seeing a lot of sunshine through the area. it will be cooler at the shore. low humidity will be the big thing. it will be beautiful later on today. for tonight the humidity starts coming back up. that is going to prevent temperatures from dropping into the 50s, for example. cloudy skies by 4:30 with a chance of showers even before daybreak. scattered generally afternoon
