special saturday session, the jury was quote hopelessly dead locked before the judge declared a mistrial in the sex assault case. it only took an hour during today's deliberation before the jury said they were deadlocked and that's when a judge declared a mistrial. and saying a retrial will happen. we have live team coverage. the reaction from today's decision live in norse town with what's next. >> and what a couple of weeks it's been. the intense spotlight on the suburban court house and the deliberations that went on and on until today. they could not agree on these charges. >> this was the beginning of a long bus ride from montgomery county to pittsburgh tonight. they spent the past six days, unable to agree on the sexual

after a week of deliberations, jurors return to court today but not for long. jurors only discussed the case fr about an hour today before declaring they were hopelessly deadlocked, leaving the judge to declare a mistrial. the d.a. says he will retrial the 79-year-old comedian. we asked our own legal expert how hard it would be to take a second impartial jury. >> now, you have to try to find an impartial jury that not only heard about the accusations but didn't follow the trial and didn't know it ended in a de deadlock. >> he remains free on a million dollars bail. he hit a man and took off. the man in his 20s was hit near park avenue in the logan neighborhood. police did take a person into custody but not yet clear if

important we're seeing the southerly flow of air. so all moist, hot air in our direction. temperatures pretty much topped out in the viewing area. we're going to see lots of 90s for tomorrow. so differentinaefinitely a lot . they're actually climbing right now. 75 in wilmington and 72 in coatsville. that's important. i mention it because it means it's going to be steamy for tonight, very uncomfortable. feels like the tropics except in the delaware valley. father's day temperature looking liking the forecast in the 80s and 90s. plenty of clouds in the forecast for tomorrow. i'm going to go ahead and keep the showers in for philadelphia, the lehigh valley and for south jersey and delaware but not going to see the showers for the jersey shore because i just don't think that's going to be an issue for the jersey shore.

i'd bump this up from 78 to 88. if you can hit the jersey shore for tomorrow, do that because it's going to be a lot more comfortable. and we're seeing lots more warmer temperatures for tomorrow. and starting off in the 80s tomorrow morning. so tomorrow morning for the pa suburbs being 77 at 10:00 a.m., mainly cloudy skies and a lot of it has to do with the fact that we have the warm front. the warm air all over the area and that's why conditions are soupy until tomorrow. 75 degrees at 10:00 a.m. and the jersey shore we could see one or two showers butti iu'm going to leave it with a mix of sun and clouds. 88 on monday and the threat of severe thunderstorms on monday. overnight lows are really warm too. tomorrow into monday, 76 there.
