breaking news a shooting outside a brewery in our area. a judge is expected to rule whether to relegal is names of the jury. and what happens after uber ceo steps down. breaking news police investigating a shooting outside of a brewery. pamela osborne is live on the scene. tell us what happened. >> at this point what i can tell you is there's an active death investigation happening here near the iron hill brewery on

the other side of route 41. the burlington county a on scene wez ale was maple shade police. the man says he works in one of the businesses near by. where this investigation is taking place he tells me he was a little late getting to work this morning. a coworker told him not to come in because there had ban shooting and they were locked down inside of their business. police told us there was a search for the shooter. we are still trying to see if a search for potential can want was happening. i reached out to the prosecutor's office. . i'll see you in another half hour for an update. nbc 10 news. >> all right. we'll see you at the bottom of the hour. >> we could finally get the decision we have been waiting for all week.

a judge is expected to rule whether to release the name of the jurors in the bill cosby sex assault trial. they both agreed releasing the jurors names could make it more difficult far retrial. on saturday the judge declared a mistrial. testimony underway again this morning in the seth williams trial. greeted by a sporter as he arrived this morning at the philadelphia courthouse. an employee is back on the stand today. prosecutors alleged williams took $20,000 meant for the nursing home. philadelphia police want to know who shot a man in the city's german town neighborhood. the victim was shot in the abdomen. a friend rushed him to the

hospital where he is listed in critical condition. police looking at aerial surveillance videos. people evacuated when police found bomb making materials at a house in bucks county. troopers found the materials yesterday along with several guns in a home and shed the man is in the hospital. no word yet on any charges. this morning police looking far driver who hit a woman in a crosswalk. here is the video on may 16th. the driver stopped and went around the victim as she is on the ground. >> i hope he gets caught, whoever it was. we take full responsibility. you could have killed that person. >> the victim suffered a broken

leg. police looking for the driver of a buick boouic with a sunroof. a community came together. about 200 people gathered together. he was gunned down outside reserve lounge in center city. investigators say a fight broke out around 2:00 sunday morning and then spilled out. at least 20 shots were fired. another man was hurt. we spoke with a family member who said she helped raise him. >> i have never seen him argue. i have had him for 28 years. he never ever said one foul thing to me. >> please give an opportunity for the future to live. put the guns down. >> so far police have made no arrests in the case. and we are seeing sunshine

on the first official day of summer. we give you a live look in cape may new jersey. a lot of people already down there soaking up the sun. we have the most accurate forecast. >> yeah. very nice forecast that we have for today. it will feel like summer moving into the upper 80s by the afternoon. we are at 77 degrees here and 84 in philadelphia. mount holly at 82 degrees. look at the water temperature. it is chilly at 61 right now. overall temperatures will rise. some spots 85 degrees or so before we get to the high temperatures for today in the afternoon. good news is that like yesterday that humidity is not terribly high. it feels all right to be outdoors. so here is our radar and sat l light view. a few clouds but plenty of sunshine. you can see this green falling

apart. none of that rain make it to the ground. later today in the afternoon and early evening hours we may see a spotty shower make it to the ground. so here are temperatures as we climb into the afternoon. we will stay into the early hours of the afternoon. i think we should make it to the mid-to upper 80s for highs today and breezy as well. wind speeds about 15 miles per hour. humidity climbs and the chance of storms return. we'll take a closer look at that coming up. >> all right. we'll see you in a little bit. it is official the national weather service says a tornado touched down monday night. it is the smallest but still packed winds around 80 miles per hour. we got this video from a viewer. this damage to trees and businesses is the work of a small tornado.

another tornado touched down here. it tore the roof off of a building. employees there said they had little time to run for cover. in delaware county a former day care worker entered a guilty plea. she pleaded guilty to assault and child endangerment charges. it showed her shoving the child down the steps in march. she was fired following her arrest. sentencing set for mid-august. time now for a check on the roads with jessica boyington. >> we are watching a bunch of places. here are our cameras ton westbound side. we are watching this crash. it is right before the off ramp. we are seeing delays there. trying to get this guy out of the way.

ground. it is harder for showerins to me it to the ground. right now all of us are looking mostly dry out there. into the afternoon we could see spotty showers particularly in our northern zones. we'll look at that in a moment. 88 degrees in center city today. it 186 in summerton. allentown at 83 degrees. possibly an isolated thunderstorm near easton also in the lower 80s for the forecast highs today. 85 in trenton. some of us are already close to these numbers. a few of us may be able to squeeze out upper 80s or near the lehigh valley. we are in the low to mid-70s. it is 88 in wilmington. it is a spotty shower possible. here is our hour by hour. we are clear. duo have the moisture to the north. by 3:00 p.m. you can see the

parking lot behind the business. there are multiple departments on scene handling what the pr s prosecutor's office is an investigation. this is a live picture. you can see the mobile command unit set up on the other side of that yellow tape. earlier this morning police confirmed there was a shooting at the location and there was an active search for the shooter. we are working to get an update on that. i spoke to a man who works in the immediate area where this investigation is taking place. he didn't want to go on camera but he tells me he was running late this morning. he was on his way into work when a coworker reached out and said they were locked down inside of their business. it was his understanding that the investigation was happening on or near a loading dock at the iron hill brewery. after i got off the phone we got a statement. they say there were no customers

we appreciate you. >> thank you. all right. we are starting with a look outside. cape may right now, a lot of people out at the beach. i expect that we are going to see more and more people in the days to come. weekend forecast isn't bad. there are chances of storms. we'll get to that in just a moment. here is a view. mix of clouds and sun out there. it will be the case across our region. a mix of clouds and sun but mostly dry forecast. we are looking at blue skies. spotty showers as we get to the lunch hour. some of those scattered clouds across the board otherwise plenty of sunshine out there. not enough moisture so none of this can make it to the ground. it falls apart. we stay on the mostly dry side today. at the surface it's not high

humidity. it's another pretty comfortable day. today happens to be the first day of summer. here is our hour by hour forecast. we will see the chance of spotty showers getting later into the day. we go through to the early afternoon. you see a few spotty showers. this may be a little too much. can't rule out an isolated thunderstorm or pocket of heavy rain. nothing super impactful. we get to 6:00 p.m. and there are some of those spotty showers along the area. not something that will is long lasting. if you notice a drop coming down it won't ruin the rest of your evening. there are spotty showers through 8:00 p.m. efrlg is out and we start to clear out as we go through the overnight. we go from 88 on wednesday to 89 on thursday. thursday humidity starts to kick back up again. we start to feel that moisture in the air. we have thunderstorms as we go morning into the afternoon hours.
