tomorrow. erika martin breaks down what we need to know. >> we are tracking remnants of cindy. the concern here is how much moisture we are going to get into our area notice how we start to see clouds build. we get a nice southerly flow here. we'll see heavy downpours and threat of strong storms moving across from the southwest to the north east. we do have an immediate threat of coastal flood advisory has been issued from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

>> reporter: yeah, she works just inside of that building there. it happened in a matter of minutes. a 26-year-old mother on the job at the domino's pizza was in the building as her seven-year-old daughter slept inside her minivan parked outside. >> i didn't see it. >> he had the papers to repossess the minivan. he had been tracking it for about an hour. he had no idea there was a child inside. as he pulled off with the van in tow. >> i heard somebody saying something about the child in the car. >> he had already looked through the tinted windows but after hearing that checked again.

>> got out of the truck, walked through the side of the car, there all of the heavy tint and didn't see a child. later to find out that child was under a sheet. >> police who responded to the incident as an abduction found the tow truck and minivan. the little girl was safe and still sound asleep under blankets by the last row of empty seats. one says she should have known better but she sympathizes too. >> she has to do what she has to do for work. there have been no charges filed against the repo driver. they are working to determine if that mom will be charged. i reached out to domino's, no

over the trial ordered that the names of the jurors be released. the jurors cannot talk about anything said or done in the jury room. testimony underway in federal corruption trial. this is video of philadelphia's defense attorney arriving for court. yesterday they questioned him about money that was supposed to pay for his mother's nursing home care. he is accused of taking bribes and gifts in exchange for legal favors. new this morning philadelphia police say a criminal's unholy act was caught on tape. take a look at this video showing a man who stole from the church of christ. security cameras showed the man taking $3,000 worth of tools, coolers and other items from a shed on the church property. it was broken into some time in late may but they just got the video.

easterly wind. a live look outside ch . we are seeing mostly sunny skies. i'm tracking showers on the way. one twor thunderstorms by later this evening into tonight. be sure to look at your screen for the most accurate forecast. this is what we are tracking for the next couple of hours. we are seeing some greens on the screen moving through parts of not western pennsylvania. starting at 11:00 p.m. we are starting to see pockets of heavy downpours near the lehigh valley. at around 10:00 or 11:00 p.m. we see one or two isolated cells

here. some times they pack more of a punch especially when they are moving through this area here. we do have a plateau that energizes these pockets right here. we'll keep that in mind into the evening hours. coastal flood advisory has been issued. coastal flood advisory from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. we do have high tides at 7:09 p.m. cape may 7:23 p.m. and your high tide for tonight is at 6:49 p.m. we could see localized flooding. this is in we if he can until 10:00 p.m. some times we have an area of high pressure. it keeps the air pretty stagnant. it's all about cindy right now

aski everything continues to work its way northward. what i want you to see is that we do have an area of high pressure just offshore. as that continues to move offshore we'll get what we call a return flow. it will allow all of this moist air to move in our direction. what we do have is a front that will be sliding on down. that's really my biggest concern. you can see right now we are getting a little bit of influence by way of clouds moving into our direction. we are also tracking this area that's moving from the northwest that could trigger isolated thunderstorms. our forecast starting in at lunchtime. we'll see the shift in the winds. as i mentioned we are seeing easterlies. we get this going and start to see a shift southerly. it is telling me we do have moisture moving into our area. the concern is how will it behave?

the gulf coast as flooding rain continues to pour down from tropical storm cindy. flooding and power outages are expected to continue across several southern states as the storm churns across land. concern is growing about a 3 foot storm surge along the louisiana coast. here is a look at first alert radar. she is dumping rain over texas and louisiana. her impact is being felt across 600 miles. it spoawned water spots that ca move over bodies of water.

this morning. at first the incident was being investigated as an abduction but police say it appears to be a big mistake. the man tracking the vehicle did have the proper paperwork to tow it away. the windows were heavily tinted and there were empty car seats in the back. police were considering charging the 26-year-old mother and repo driver. it changed after he was interviewed by detectives. we spoke to him this morning and here is how he says he overlooked that child. >> i went to the next intersection, stopped, got out of the truck, checked in and i didn't see a child. later to find out the child was under a sheet which looked like to be a box. >> reporter: and she was on the back row of the floor there. she was still asleep when police tracked down the minivan ton tow

stabbing the officer in the neck outside of a security check point. other officers immediately took the man into custody. the officer listed in stable condition. funeral services are underway for otto warmbier. this is video of a long line of services at warmbier's high school in ohio. the 22-year-old student was arrested in north korea last january. he was already in a coma when he was brought back to the united states last week. today a union government employee plans to hold a rally to protest proposed cuts to the environmental protection agency. they plan to cut more than 1,200
