good morning monday morning. supreme court watchers are speculating that anthony kennedy could announce his resignation today. he has acted as the court's swing seat turning major cases on its head with a single yay or nay vote. profoundly changing the court's makeup for years to come. a justice retirement is something that happens at the end of each term and we could get word to take action on the president's travel ban against immigrants from six predominant muslim countries. the budget office could release the analysis on the gop health care bill as early as today giving us a better idea of what it will cost.

and the trump white house the time crunch is a tool intended to compel republicans to decide and deliver before the 4th of july fireworks go off. tweaks to the proposal will come within the next few days. the proposed health insurance overhaul reveals new rules to medicaid that are already raising alarms. the federal government pays for 90% of the public insurance plan for lower income americans. in 2020 the proposal would make states pay a larger share. by 2024 they would split medicare costs. >> it's never going to be cut. it's never going to shrink. it will be growing at a slightly lower rate. >> but coverage cuts are

they will buy most of the bankrupt company's assets for 1 point f billion dollars. at least 30 remain missing after a tourist boat sank. about 160 passengers were on the ferry which was reportedly over that pass capacity when it began to rock back and forth. passengers were pulled out of the water. search and rescue got underway with the help of colombia's air force and firefighters. relief agencies are helping the victims and specialized divers were searching for the missing. it did not know if any americans were on the boat. >> a teenage girl in new york is recovering after a harrowing fall from an amusement park ride. she slipped out of a slow moving

ride. she was left dangling 25 feet in the air so the crowd gathered there under the girl. one man told her it's okay to let go. so you see the girl fell into the crowd. he was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. six flags released a statement saying the ride has been cleared for operation, but out of an abundance of caution it will remain closed as they conduct a review. a crash involving an overturned tanker truck. hundreds of villagers rushed to collect the spill of fuel when the truck burst into flames killing at least 153 people. >> reporter: anguish and disbelief in pakistan as an ordinary road accident turned into an inferno.

a truck burst into flames 45 minutes later after it overturned. this video showing the calm before the blast. with locals rushing to the scene using buckets to collect the valuable fuel leaking from the damaged tanker. the crowd numbered in the hundreds before the explosion. this man says someone lit a match to smoke a cigarette when suddenly the explosion happened. my uncle escaped he says but his son died. this is all that's left of the vehicles. many of the vehicles including at least 20 children were burned beyond recognition. they'll have to be identified using dna. relatives gathered desperate for words of loved ones. many suffered serious burns alive but charred by the blaze. thousands of lgbt supporters

marched in pride parades across the country. hillary clinton shook hands with many in new york city. and while most parades in the u.s. were openly celebratory it was different in turkey. several people were detained. officials say pride demonstrations were banned for safety reasons. mayhem in downtown san francisco. the west field mall had to be shut down after a fight in the food court escalated into a massive brawl. police officers struggled to get things under control. one officer suffered minor injuries. one person was arrested. still no word on what sparked
