>> they are remembering 33-year-old debra gulliver. she had just gotten off a bus when she was knocked to the ground, beaten and stabbed more than 12 times. police still don't have a suspect or motive. a $20,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in this case. police are look iing for th gunman who shot a teen five times as she sat outside a a house in southwest philadelphia. investigators say the 16-year-old was hanging out with a group of friends on springfield avenue when someone started firing shots at them. in bucks county, a former youth football coach under arrest charged with multiple counts of child rape. nbc 10 was there as police drove

hundreds of families have been evacuated. tens of thousands of acresed and the flames still burning out of control. firefighters are working around the clock battling not only thes, but also a brutal heat wave and gusty winds. >> trying to organize chaos. this is very chaosic out there. the wind is blowing one direction, the other direction the next. >> firefighters are expected to keep battling these fires this the coming days. in china three people were rescued after their car was surrounded by flood waters. look at this video. the water started rising. the driver and two passengers became trapped. a group of railroad workers saw what was happening came to the rescue and used a rope to pull everyone to safety. there's a new push to get you outside and spend more time outside. they are promoting the counties park ask trail system. the upcoming holiday weekend
