raping three children. there's concern more victims could be out there. i'm jim rosenfield. >> deanna durante is joining us live in bucks county. i know police want our viewers to pay close attention because they believe more victims may be out there. >> reporter: it was just a few hours ago. the superintendent as well as the district attorney made a plea for help. they want to know more about shannon westmoreland. he's 47 years old and was last known to live in a homeless shelter in chester county. >> the most heinous of crimes out there, this man raping young juveniles. >> reporter: police are not saying much about how they learned about shannon or the young children he's accused of raping. the assault spanned multiple years, but he put himself around children and abused them. >> he was tomorrowerly a

football coach. and we believe that's pertinent for the public to e know. >> this is what he looks like today and this is what he looked like in 1996, 2001 and 2006. the victims they have learned about today say the abuse began as far back as 1999. >> it is my fear that there may be other victims out there and that's why we're making this plea for your help. >> the victims were as young as 4 and 6 years old and he was homeless. he was pick ed up here at the mall where he worked doing maintenance near the food court. >> investigators are asking to reach back were you at a ramblers football game. they made minention of the team

and the squad. if you had any interactions, call police. deanna durante, nbc 10 news. >> the state senate passed legislation within the past two hours to allow school workers to carry guns to help protect the children if they come under attack. employees would have to pass a series of requirements include ing a psychological evaluation before carrying on school grounds. the bill now moves to the house for approval. a woman says she was held against her will for nearly a week. she told philadelphia police she went to a man's apartment willingly, but he held her at gunpoint. the woman managed to contact her sister through facebook. >> they are hoping they will lead to the vandal who spray painted words of hate. it happened in south. philadelphia. the suspect sprayed messages

like kill a cop, save a life and it is right to rebel. neighbors tell nbc 10 they have no idea that anyone would target their block. >> anti-graffiti crew cans scrubbed away the spray paint. they are hoping a working surveillance camera from a local business will help them identify the suspect. >> from massages to facials to parties, jurors heard from prosecution witnesses who testified about what williams received tr free. the gm of the sporting club testified that philadelphia's district attorney received hundreds of dollars in massages ask facials. some as much as $200 each. later a a woman who ran the pack thatted williams in 2011 said she sprang for a a party at the union league that cost more than

doctor may have contributed to the problem he will now spend a year in prison for handing out pain medications in exchange for cash bribes. he pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges and false owe of an unusual scene in northern liberty. a u-haul truck crashed into the brewing company. this shows the driver running away from the scene. the driver is now facing dui charges. he was taken to the hospital with a leg injury. no one else was hurt. the breweu brewery will be open dinner tonight. a piece of prime real estate known for its iconic is getting a massive micover to the tune of $34 million. the popular site is blighted and vacant will be redeveloped into residential luxury in phase one of a brand new project. cydney long is live there now.

a 16-year-old girl is recovering tonight after she was shot while sitting on the porch of her home in west tld. police say the girl was with a group of people on springfield avenue just after midnight when someone opened fire. they don't know if the girl was the target or if it was someone else there at the time. the girl was in stable condition. an update on human remains found at a construction site. investigators say a construction crew kaim across a well intact human skeleton wrapped in pink clothing when they were dig on west atlantic street. the body was found six feet down on property that was a a laundromat until the demolition last year. keeping our waterways dry. the patrols going into effect to keep you and your family safe this holiday weekend. also prayers answered. later in had sports, the video you'll see only on nbc 10.

welcome back. this week a veteran and former steel worker will be buried, but before he died, he made an unusual request. . no casket. instead he wanted to be bury ie with the one thing he loved almost as much as his family. randy gyllenhaal has had the motorcycle lover's final ride. >> reporter: before he died, arthur warner's son began planning ahead tr his dad's funeral. but it quickly became apparent that his father, an 89-year-old biker who adored his harley was not going into that grave alone. >> he loved this bike so much. he says i'm going to try to be buried in that side car. i thought he was kidding. >> reporter: he was an army vet and a bethlehem steel worker and

he rode this baby blue harley until his final weeks. he died sunday after battling cancer and now the race to make his dying wish come true. >> this is what he wanted. this was his dream and for me i'll do anything he wants. >> the funeral home in helderton arranged for this motorcycle hurst to carry the makeshift side car casket. >> this side car is where he's going to be sitting in. >> the funeral home worked out the measurements they say it's a a way to celebrate arthur's life instead of mourning his death. >> this will be his forever home. this is like a cuss come casket. >> it may seem strange, but arthur's family says for a man who lived to ride it's just so fit i fitting that it he will take one final jour thee to his e toernl home. >> there's something about it. when you're on that road and he rode everywhere he went.

high er position tomorrow, we'l be getting into the mid-80s much sooner and some places getting up to close to 90 degrees. the humidity will be up too, but not terrible for this time of the year. you may notice difference. into friday, you can see in the afternoon, showers and thunderstorms getting closer to burkes county. it's pretty dry across the rest of the area. the moisture is getting closer. that's why we expect sol showers and thunderstorms. that's late in the day and into sunday morning. it e we dry out sunday afternoon, get to 90 as well. it's cooler at the shore. the storms will hold off at the shore and this delaware until sunday. for the philly pops, that's monday night. i will be there for that.
