osha is now investigating. crime stoppers invest kbating a reward of a young woman that just graduated high school. they tell us police are searching across the region for that gunman. >> what was initially thought of as a tragic accident has now turned into a murder investigation. a girl getting ready for college. >> her personal was very loved. always wanted to entertain. >> her family is heartbroken and dumbfounded this morning wondering why the 18-year-old was murdered as she drove south on route 100. >> her car started jostling. not actually hitting but both of them trying to merge together. then she was shot.

build. that pickup a faded red color, possibly a chevy. if you know anything call police. police in delaware county investigating a shooting. someone opened fire on a man on plaza street around midnight. medics took the victim to the hospital. we are working to find out his condition. the red cross is helping four families find shelter after a row home partially collapsed. we were on the scene. the front of the three story house came down around 3:00 this morning. there are concerns more of the home could collapse so neighbors on either side had to get out. we talked to a resident who heard the whole thing. >> it is like a loud -- sounded like wind coming down street real hard and then next thing i know it was not -- came out and saw this bricks and debris

everywhere. it was like wow. >> crews cut power to the home as a precaution. no one was hurt. this morning former philadelphia defense attorney seth williams is in jail after he plead guilty to corruption charges nearly two weeks into his federal trial. he also signed a letter saying he resigned as d.a. they took him away in handcuffs after he admitted to taking illegal gifts in exchange for political favors. he faces up to five years in prison at his sentencing in october. striking back. >> it is unbelievably alarming this president is so easily played. >> the host of msnbc's morning joe respond to a twitter attack that has drawn criticism from democrats and republicans. and it's the first day a

against the original travel ban be put back in place until new rules can be clarified. it temporarily stops people from getting a visa to the united states unless they have close family connections or business ties. a hailstorm pounded parts of central n central nebraska. this is coming down on a video in omaha. it knocked out power to about 300 homes. and today most of the area will stay dry but it will get hot and more humid. 83 already in philadelphia with that southwest wind getting us warmer. lehigh valley up to 85. at least in some parts of the lehigh valley here is what we

are seeing. allentown at 84. white hall 86. easton 86. all of those places getting into the 90s today. tomorrow is the main threat for severe weather. we issued a first alert. for most of the area and that's generally between 3:00 and 9:00 p.m. saturday. obviously closer to 3:00 in the northern and western areas. closer to 9:00 in new jersey and central delaware. we could be seeing localized wind damage. this is the area most likely for tomorrow with a risk for thunderstorms and severe thunderstorms and that risk does continue tall way down towards the shore. it is highest at lehigh valley. still a marginal risk across the area. here is radar and satellite.

not showing a lot yet. it is just start to get heated up. we have showers down by virginia that we'll be watching for later on tonight. that's not likely to be severe. as we go through the afternoon if you see temperatures into the 90s here comes some of those thunderstorms just by 4:00 to 6:00 tonight some of those could be pretty strong. as we go through tonight and into tomorrow we'll see some of those showers coming up from virginia. here is saturday morning. then as we go into the afternoon you can see the clouds kind of kick the temperature down a little bit. storms coming in from the west. delaware up to lehigh valley. it will take a while for anything to get to the shore. it will be the last place to see any kind of bad weather. penns landing tonight it's 90 at 6:00. it is still warm by the time we

joint statements. we'll bring you any important developments as soon as they happen. well, the heat is on. earlier this week temperatures didn't get above 81. it is already 83 in philadelphia. the southwest wind will warm us up some more. some already into the mid-80s. that is not the case at the jersey shore. don't expect it to get real warm because we have got a pretty good sea breeze here. the ocean 62. so it can't warm up that much even if it's sunny. ocean city at 73. cape may point 75 while it's 87 in mays landing. even just a little bit inland at 79 degrees. so you have to prepare for cooler weather right at the

jersey shore. that also may hold off any severe weather coming for the shore. so they are not included in the first alert we issued for tomorrow, generally between 3:00 and 9:00. brief downpours from thunderstorms. right now we are not seeing anything on radar close by but we are seeing developments back to the west in central pennsylvania. there is one cluster of moisture in virginia moving up in this direction and more farther to the south. it is not going to be just one shot at it. here we are this afternoon. we are watching those storms. this is just in. this high resolution model showing some pretty good storms here. it is grazing burkees county. 6:30 with burkes county getting some of them.

by 9:00 perhaps into some of the other northern suburbs. and then as we go into tomorrow we are going to be seeing more storms. here is another model going into tomorrow morning. and you can see come of those showers and maybe even a thunderstorm in the morning hours. it is fairly cloudy across the area. and then the storms come in later in the day but some of those could be pretty strong as well. it's not going to be a washout. storms will be moving. we are not really expecting flood threats here. then we clear out as we go into sunday. sunday is looking like a pretty nice day even if we start off with some clouds. it will be hot, not as humid as saturday. now, for all of these big

events first of all today this evening the concert and fireworks, it's hot. it's getting humid. by 9:30 it's warm and humid. overall during the weekend you can see at the jersey shore it's much cooler. you can see thunderstorms for saturday. again, that's mostly later in the day and sunday is mostly just dry across the area, which is nice. and monday is dry too. now at the beaches the chance of storms on saturday for a part of the day and then sunday you can see how much warmer the delaware beaches are than at the jersey shore. it is barely up to 82 on sunday. this is more of a westerly wind than what we are getting today. for the philly pops on monday we are expecting good weather. the humidity is down a little
