rain's not that far away. just south of washington, we're talking about enough rain to cause some localized flooding. by 6:00 a.m. could be sprinkles across the area. it increases from the west, and in the asp, it just gets more widespread and heavier. if this computer model is right, at rush hour with rain like that, that's going to call some problems. look at the temperatures in the 60s in the afternoon. here we are at night, more heavy rain across the area, and here we're getting creamed back in the southern portion of our area. this goes all the way into friday, at least according to some models, so we really do need a break after thursday,

the much anticipated utah summer league will see markelle fultz and the rookies play game number two tonight against the jazz. on monday she scored 17 points in just 22 minutes of action. defensively four blocked shots in that one-point loss to the celtics. and someone else to keep an eye on posted this picture on twitter. he most recently played in turkey where he averaged nearly 11 points per game. game 3 between the phillies and the pirates tonight. the first two have been shutouts with the bucks winning. the manager is encouraged by what he sees from lively and some of the other young arms. >> our starting pitchers have been so much better than
