crash site in mississippi. >> a u.s. military plane is used to refuel. it crashed here in the mississippi in a rural area. the faa condition firmed that the plane departed from north carolina. we know it stopped before it went down here in mississippi. there are reports that the plane spiralled to that crash where it went up in flames. one of the witnesses tells many people here he actually saw the plen on fire before it crashed. they believe it caught fire before it crash into that field. those 16 pod dbod kis have been recovered just 85 miles north of jackson here in the mississippi

it indicates 70% of those kids that have been addicted started by taking drugs out of their parents or grandparents medicine cabinet or night stand. we need to do more to get those drugs out of the homes if you're not using them. >> so the mobile unit will go to events. >> it will go to events, community days, shredding events, parades and municipal events. we are launching that if you're a senior citizen you don't want to leave your house we'll come to your house and collect that drug from you so it's not left there for your grandchildren or anyone else that may visit to try to intercept that drug. >> you launched the mobile unit a little bit ago. tell us what the response has been a little bit ago. >> they are very appreciative of it. we went to one shredding event.

>> thank you so much. now your nbc 10 first alert weather. >> the heat is on. it's already 84 degrees. we are likely to hit 90. it will be day one of another heat wave that is likely but it is not going to be a long lasting one. we haven't had a long lasting heat wave so far. despite a lot of clouds around the area they are already close to 90 degrees. not so in new jersey. that southwest wind is a bit of a sea breeze. the temperatures are limited. ocean city at 82. 79 at cape may point. the ocean temperature 71. the feels like temperature as we go through the afternoon getting into the 90s in philadelphia and most of the area, but it's going to be even hotter tomorrow starting off pretty warm and

then getting close to 100 degrees in parts of the area. some places getting a little bit above 100 tomorrow. then on friday or thursday it's even higher. 100 from near allentown all the way down to near dover and practically over to the jersey shore. just right at the beaches you get relief there. we have a mix of clouds and sun. we have one or two isolated showers around the big thunderstorms. the ohio valley tracking to the south and east of us. as we go through the afternoon we do expect at least some isolated showers or thunderstorms to develop much of the area not seeing rain this afternoon or tonight and then as we get into thursday, that's a different story. so first of all we have the extreme heat then we have the highest humidity then we have a
