we're following breaking developments in the missing mystery unfolding in bucks county. we have new video. this just into the newsroom. this is cosmo dinardo in custody again this afternoon. a judge ordered him held on $5 million cash bail as he's walked there with the assistance of two officers into the bucks county jail. police say he stole a car belonging to one of the missing men and tried to sell it. that car belonged to tom mayo. he's a diabetic and his family told authorities he never went anywhere without his medicine. the investigator says that medicine was in the car dinardo was trying to sell. >> authorities have intensified the search at the dinar doe

signs. but first let's begin with tammie souza. >> outside it's very warm. we have a first alert. this is going into effect tomorrow, but you should observe this. everybody watching us now. you're involved in this. this is from 11:00 until 8:00 tomorrow night. this is going to be oppressive. uncomfortably warm and hazy. it's not going to be a comfortable night. this is for dangerous heat with a feels like of 100 to 105 today. it could be around 106 or 108. sol isolated spots might get as high as 100 degrees. it may be the hottest of the summer. 91 in philadelphia. 88 in vineland. it's cooler in mount pocono because that's where you have seen some showers. we'll break down the heat when i come back.

but right now, the dangers of the hiet is what we're going to focus on. for that i go to meteorologist krystal klei on the patio. >> we issue first alerts because of situations where really it's best for you to stay inside if possible on days or when you're talking a heat index higher than 100 degrees. so let's get to it and talk about the symptoms related to heat exhaustion and heatstroke. if you are with someone and they look pale with clammy skin, that's an indication of heat exhaustion and a fast but weak pulse and heavy sweating. now jump to heatstroke. hot red skin, rapid strong pulse and a body temperature of over 103 degrees. in addition, you can look for these signs. heat exhaustion, thauz ya and dizziness, fast ask weak pulse with that muscle cramps and weakness possible and fainting. heatstroke, though, you can also experience nausea and dizziness

with a headache and confusion, shallow breathing and also fainting. so notice some symptoms are both categories. but these are things to keep in mind if someone is confused or have a headache. so here's the first aid you can administer. move the victim to air-conditioned areas. lay the person down with loose clothing, a cool, wet clothe can be applied. you can fan the victim and offer them sips of water. if they continue to get sick, you need to seek medical help. heatstroke becomes a very dangerous situation. this is when you need to call 911, take that person to the hospital. move them to a cooler conditioned area. it you can't get them to the hospital and you're waiting for emergency service, you need to use cool cloths or cool bath for that person. do not give fluids. at this point in the body, that can be dangerous. and only fan the earn if you are stuck outside. if those feels like temperatures are below the high 90s.
