owned. the search is only intensifying tonight. >> let's go deanna durante, who is joining us live. so much has happened in the past three hours. bring us up to date. >> reporter: this arrest of cosmo dinardo took many people by surprise. it happened quickly. they took him out a side door of his home. he was arranged by video. he was at the jail in a booking cell planked by two lawyers. he answered maybe two or three questions that the judge asked and let the lawyers do the talking for him. >> in marked police van, he goes to jail for the second time this week named a person of interest in the disappearance of four men. he was released after his dead posted $100,000. he was arrested on unrelated gun

charges. today's new charges come after the car was found on the property owned by the family. meo was driving his car just before 8:00 p.m. a license plate reader picked up his car. seconds later the truck dinardo was driving and less than two miles tr the family farm where police have been search iing. >> we are going to find shotgun. no doubt of that. >> meo is a diabetic and his medication was found this it the car. police say dinardo tried to sell the car tr $500 on saturday. they are friends and co-workers and his car was found a few miles from the farm. his mother signed papers to have mim hymn committed. he's a danger to himself and others and with the investigation into the four missing men, dinardo needed to be held on $5 million cash bail. now dinardo had been previously

what time, day or night. > . >> thour to the dangerous hate at 6:00. sweltering temperatures out there. day two of the heat wave and it's only getting hotter. we have issued a first alert at 11:00 tomorrow morning because of the extreme heat. >> it could feel like 105 degrees. but tonight it already feels stifling out there this. people around the area are trying to keep cool. kids in the sprinklers, beach goers in ocean city, golfers sweating through the swings on the course in warminister, and catching a a breeze in new jersey. >> a sweaty night for baseball. a live look at the blue cross stadium, where they will be playing in just 30 minutes. >> ask penns landing, skaters are hoping to breathe. >> they are full at the water park in the poconos. that's not it right there. that's the airport.

>> it's going to get even hotter. >> by this time tomorrow, it's going to feel at least five to ten degrees hotter than it does right now. and right now it's pretty hot. and if i was out here for a long period of time, i would be dressed a little more casually. we have a first alert out for tomorrow for the dangerous heat from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for the entire area including the beaches. because it's not going to cool down much there. the dangerous heat feeling like 100 to 105 degrees. maybe even a little higher. so today it felt as high as 9 in philadelphia. over 100 already in much of delaware. tomorrow up to 106, but friday it really take its a dive. that's the highest we expect on friday. it could be feeling like the 70s by friday afternoon. right now it's 89 in philadelphia. we got up to 91 degrees for the temperature today.

it's 91 in atlantic city international. only a couple degrees cooler at the marina. got incredibly hot today. probably the hottest places of all. 98 in atlantic city. 97 in vineland. so it is already very hot and like i said, it's going to get hotter. nothing on the radar now. these are the feels like temperatures for tomorrow in philadelphia. 2:00, 101, 4:00, 100. look at delaware feeling like 104 degrees. that's just at 2:00. that's not necessarily the highest of the day. and even at 6:00 tomorrow night, it's feeling like it's close to 100. and you notice not much relief at the jersey shore either. i'll tell you when we are going to be getting reloaf and when to expect strong storms to end the heat wave, coming up.

off his health care bill repealing most of barack obama's health care law. mitch mcconnell plans to release the changes tomorrow. it's not yet known if there's enough support to pass it. the new health care bill comes two weeks after the bill was shelved because of republican opposition. back home in our area, there's anxiety on both sides about what lawmakers will do on health care and what they won't do. we spoke to the president of a small business worried about rising health care costs. he says it affects how much he can play his employees. >> we are continuing to apply coverage, but there's only so much. >> they worry about how medicaid will be affected. >> there's a whole lot of uncertainty. that's why people can't b sit back right now. they have to really be mindful of the things that are happening around them. >> senators are expected to work

on health care plans. college students will soon go back to campus, but state of-owned schools are sewing declines in enrollment. today the state system of higher education heard a long awaited report about the financial problems they face. randy gyllenhaal explains the potential solutions new at 6:00. >> facing a a crunch, state-owned universities like westchester could soon see a tuition hike of 3.5% costing students hundreds more each year but helping to a growing hole. today lawmakers ask leaders learned how dope the hole goes. a new report showing years of

[ crying ] why! we continue to follow these breaking developments by the hour in the missing men miyster unfolding in bucks county. we're going to show you the first video of cosmo dinardo. there he is getting out of a police van. he was rearrested now being held on $5 million bail. sky force 10 was overhead as he was led into the bucks county jail in shackles. today the district attorney charged him with stealing the car that belonged to one of the missing men and trying to sell it. >> the car belonged to thomas meo, he's one of the four missing men. he's diabetic and never went anywhere without his medicine.
