two years ago, fbi agents raided allentown city hall. since then, seven people have pled various charges in this case. none of their doimts named him, but they implicated a name with a prescription that could only be him. let's break down the time line of this investigation. july 2015, federal agents raided city hall and mayor's home. those seven people pleaded guilty in the case. in january 201 allentown city council votes no confidence in mayor. calls for 4i78 him to resign. then january 2017 had announced he was running for a a fourth term in office despite the investigation. the state representative was the first to respond today after rewe broke the news of his indictment. he says he needs to resign as mayor of allentown now. he's always denied any wrong

doing. the u.s. attorneys office would confirm an indictment. live in the breaking news center, keith jones, nbc 10 news. we have more breaking news. a campaign involving bob brady has the kpaengs attention of the fbi and the u.s. attorney. an adviser pleaded guilty to falsifying campaign finance reports. the paperwork spells out how money was taken from brady's campaign account and funneled to moore's account to pay off the debt. he dropped out of the race. neither is named in the e plea agreement, but both were candidates in the race that was investigated. we are working to reach both of those. nbc 10 responds, a data breach a the one of the state's largest health networks, birth dates and a ton of other information in the hands of criminals. we talked to a a husband concerned about his wife's

safety. >> the health care group that lost this information says has no comment. they have 45 offices serving women in the area. those whose information was compromised have plenty to say. >> the doctors office is going to ask for this type of information. you really feel it should be as fast as possible. >> he and his wife discovered missing medical records months after they were taken. >> it was a little infuriating. hackers stole patient names and social security numbers but also pregnancy histories, blood type information and medical diagnosis. >> once the information is out there, it's out there. there's no pulling it back in. >> exhackers can sell the medical records on the dark web in bulk. >> so the information that's captured is highly dangerous, highly sensitive information. >> he e-mailed after getting this it lelter from the medical

runs warm at the airport. parkside, west mount, cool spots there. and that's pretty cool compared to what we have been seeing. you can see the moisture coming north to south across the area. not much to the west. and more activity in new jersey than anywhere else. and that's continuing. several showers in atlantic county right now and also bucks county mercer county. but they are fairly light. they continue to move. so nothing is stalled. nothing is severe. it's just kind of an inconvenience. that will continue overnight. our future weather model shows that. as we go into the morning tomorrow, the showers may shift a little bit more to the west. but there's more around and the temperature doesn't really go up much again. more showers tomorrow afternoon and then ob thursday, another round and then it starts getting

heavier. the amounts of rain by thursday night, not that much. this is one model. it's kind of an average of some are higher than this. some are e lower. but look at what it's showing. it's showing a zone of some really heavy rain. 2 to 4 inches of rain. now whether it's down here or shifting up toward the philadelphia area, that's going to be critical because this area has been pounded with rain. and only 1 to 2 inches of rain is needed to cause flooding. why there's a threat of flooding there. thursday night and into friday, look at temperatures staying below normal. kind of a wet pattern through the rest of the week. unfortunately, this is going to last into saturday. saturday is going to be a lot like friday. not a real pleasant day. but look at that. sunday is a winner.

carson wentz, once again just like the first day, he was about 20 minutes early out on the practice field. first one out there with backup quarterback nick foles. that shows carson's leadership. now remember last year, he went through all the job interviews, the workouts and got drafted. then he was trying to get kak la mate d into the nfl. he was the third string quarterback. now this year, what a transformation. he is the man. >> it's not so much of a whirlwind. i was chomping at the bit to get back here. last summer i was just trying to breathe because it was a whirlwind off season. i'm in a way better place. i come in and kind of know what to expect and know the routine and everything. so for me mentally, it's been a lot better for sure. >> carson is more comfortable this year. e he knows what the rookies are going through. how about donnell, the running back, 180 pounds, i know he's small, but he's impressing

eagles coaches. carson wentz has passed him the ball a lot. he's also been catching punts. e he could take over for darren sproles on punt returns. and he's taking it all in as a rookie. >> obviously, i'm trying to learn from the best. with my role, darren sproles is the best to do it in the nfl. it's all a blessing. >> phillies across the street hosting the astros. they recall jake thompson from lehigh valley. take a look last night. it was a dreadful game. but the bright spot, again, phillies fans have been watching the rookie nick williams. a three-run triple. so three more rbis in his first 20 games as a philly. the rookie has 18 rbis, only one other player in phillies history as had more in his first 20 games as a phillies rookie. now we talked about how long the game was.
