arrest. right now that daycare owner of medford lakes is out on bail. $200,000 bail in this case. he was arraigned before a judge on charge that is he sexually assaulted two children, a boy and a girl, both 5 years old. according to investigators, the assaults happened a number of times at the daycare. police say the parents began noticing changes in their children's behavior and that's what prompted a phone call to the authorities. now back out here live, you also see the philly kids gym sign. it came in and shut it down. all in the past few moments i have been taking a look at the website online. that website is now taken down saying it's expired. >> there's now a grand jury

you're tracking storms. >> we are track these storms because they really are neighborhood by neighborhood storms. notice we have a flash flood warning that has been issued until 8:15 p.m. for kent and sussex county. i mention that because notice we're seeing the heavier pockets of downpours and more lightning strikes around delaware as you both mentioned. so that's our current doppler radar. the satellite and radar loop picking up on the direction of those storms moving in from the southwest towards the northeast. i'm also tracking some storm cells just to the west of chester county. notice headed in our direction. also seeing some storm cells moving into berks county as well. let's time out theeds storm cells and when you can expect them in your neighborhood at approximately 6:57 p.m. from vineland. this is when you can start to hear rumbling and expect thunderstorms in your neighborhood. possibly some lightning. and also some pea-sized hail. so keep that in mind.

the 20-year-old shot a 16 is-year-old boy and an 18-year-old woman in the leg. it happened in a north madison street home last wednesday. walk walker was arrested. he faces several charge incident colluding two counts of first degree assault. new information about a shooting that sent two men to the hospital in north philadelphia tuesday. police say a white compact sedan pulled up to the men as they were standing at williams avenue and shot them in the head and torso. both men are in critical condition. so far no arrests. bacteria, gases and chemicals, neighbors in one pennsylvania community are concerned these toxins could be lurking in their drinking water. and now the federal government is heading to test the water to e see if fracking could be a source of water quality problems. 25 homes will be tested for contamination. turning to this now, officials rolled out the rainbow carpet today outside city hall in honor of lgbt veterans.

new jersey court ruled today on a construction project that many say is ruining beaches in margate. >> sky force 10 over margate where large ponds of standing water resulting from the construction are mostly swamps of soggy sand. ted greenberg is live in margate where a city commission's meeting is especially crowded. >> reporter: it really is. the meeting is going on now. there's so many people here there's not enough rom for everyone inside. some folks are out here listening on speakers in the parking lot. a lot of people here are upset

reasons. we also have a flood advise that has been issued at least until 7:45 p.m. including kent and sussex county. that's for the cities including camden, lebanon and milford. so again, be mindful of this flood advisory that has been issued until 7:45 p.m. doppler radar right now, rainfall totals very impressive. especially close to trenton. 3.5 inches of rainfall per hour. and just over 1.5 inches per hour for dover. so again impressive rainfall totals for some neighborhoods, but not for all. we also do have this severe thunderstorm warning that has just been issued until 5:45 p.m. including bucks, burlington and ocean counties. as we expect more thunderstorms to move into our area. so let's go ahead and take these out for you. you can expect 7:56 p.m. e see some thunderstorms moving through your area.

and 9:07 p.m. for wilmington. more thunderstorms from west to east. and 8:56 that's when you can expect some thunderstorms moving into your neighborhood. already e seeing some wind damage reported at approximately 40 miles per hour. so there are some pretty strong storms right now. we take a look at what we're seeing to the west of lancaster here. we can see the number of strikes approximately six and the rainfall total just about 2 3/4 of an inch per hour. so we're not done yet. we have more thunderstorms moving into parts of our viewing area. so this is your severe thunderstorm risk that has been

issued. so far it's marginal, which is good news there. so keep that in mind because right now, it could be worse. so we'll be tracking that for you. and what does the severe thunderstorm risk mean? we're talking about marginal it does mean we have the potential for wind gusts between 40 and 60 miles per hour. some hail up to an inch. a very low tornado risk is what we're tracking are the stronger storms moving through our area. the ten-day on ten brings temperatures cloiming into the 90s for tomorrow. mid-80s on saturday and sunday. showers clearing for the first half of your saturday. so overall, the weekend does look really nice. track iing more rain ob monday. notice temperatures start to decline into the low 80s on monday. also tracking the potential for some showers on tuesday. 83 is the expected high temperature from there on out we could be tracking more thunderstorms for the following

the massachusetts woman on trial for encouraging her boyfriend to himself over text messages learned her fate today. late today a judge sentenced michelle carter to two and a half years in prison. the 20-year-old was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in june for her role in the suicide death of conrad roy. he was found dead from carbon

$10 million worth of drugs in the past six months alone. we have learned the coast guard suspended its search for a a missing swimmer last seen in atlantic city tuesday night. a witness says the man went into the water around 10:00 p.m. and then disappeared. in camden county, police in cherry hill and kollings wod are on the hunt for the man seen in this surveillance video. he's accused of several armed robberies in that area. this video was taken after he hit a gas station in cherry hill in june. fixed and ready to fly. five military cargo planes got the green light to fly again at dover air force base. they fixed the problems with the nose landing gear. the military grounded those planes last month after two different malfunctions. the c-5 planes are among the largest military aircraft in the world. the state has settled tax appeal cases with seven atlantic
