and show you how quickly the temperatures rise when i come back in a few minutes. first we'll get a look at traffic with jessica boyington. we are starting on the expressway. this is between the closure of the broad street and schuylkill expressway. once in a while you'll see cars move through the area, but this is part of the construction project where we are losing the lanes there. traffic is being diverted off the broad street off-ramp for now. and earlier, the schuylkill was seeing all lanes stopping right near roosevelt boulevard as they picked up cones in the area on the eastbound side of gold mills and route 1. right now 15 minutes is the total drive time, so not bad with the construction project in place. 51 miles per hour for the up average speed. in pennsport we are seeing construction with no delays moving by the scene. and 95 is looking good as you can
