continues today. yesterday in court police testified that the video was some how deleted. the attorney is calling it a monumental cover up. we have an update. >> reporter: an day four of the hearing a courtroom shocker. detective claiming that the surveillance system from the basement from the fraternity was intentionally destroyed two days after timothy's death. he was asked what happened to the footage in the basement he responded it appears to be deleted. the fbi is analyzing the security system. >> the big question becomes what could be so bad on it that it needed to be deleted versus the video we have seen which naturally was pretty horrible.
