>> and they have condemned the violence and the ideology seen in charlottesville, but they say it is important to have a voice on the issues affecting the industry and the employees and the ceo is stay on the council. we should note that the ceo told us about her decision before trump's latest news conference this afternoon. her decision is leading for some to push for a boycott of campbell products using hashtags like can campbell's. >> any action and any small thing that i can do, i will do, and if that is meaning boycotting any of the businesses, that is whatly do. >> and the first ceo to step down from the group is philadelphia native ken fraser of merck. the violence in charlottesville started over removing a statue of activist robert e. lee. the statue was toppled, and tonight, cities across the south are dealing with the debate of whether to take down their own. here in philadelphia, a city councilwoman wants to remove the

statue of former mayor and police commissioner frank rizzo. councilwoman helen gibbs says she will start the for mall pma process next month. it could be removed or moved. and the mayor calls rizzo a racist who tortured the community and the family calls it nonsense. the mayor said that we think that now is a good tim to have a conversation about the statue's future and we have to figure out the proper forum for that conversation in a serious and structured way, but now is the right time, end quote. and we will look into debate over the rizzo statue tonight at 11:00 and you can get the breaking news on president trump's comments on the nbc 10

app. and breaking news the search of a south jersey man and his two children. in the last few mnt minutes, we have learned that the fbi is assisting the gloucester township police for raymond reasoner and his two sons. polices have been look g fing f him after he did not show up yesterday to work. and this is video of the white jeep that police say was involved in the incident. sky 10 was over the event in the past half hour. it was recovered in kolingsdale and the victim was killed sunday morning and she was not in the crosswalk at the time. turning now to first alert weather, umbrellas up. rain fell all day long and in newark, the showers just kept on coming, and that is meaning that the roads are wet for the ride home. this is a live look at i-95 in south philadelphia and wilmington.

and getting better to night, the fir first alert radar shows that it is drying out, and over to the glenn hurricane schwartz and r more. >> and yes, we are seeing the last of the rain in philadelphia, and it is knock ing down the visibility, and you can barely see the skyline right now, and the ben franklin bridge is back there somewhere and there it is, light on the top of the bridge, and so obviously, the visibility has been reduced. now, even when the rain ends, the fog going to be with us. and you can see that the delaware's reign is just about over, and we have a bit the go on the jersey shore before it is completely gone. there it is up to the 7:00 or 8:00 moving off shore, and the skies are clear in some areas, but once they do, the fog redevelops and so by the time that you get up in the morning, and you may be pretty cloudy and impact on the morning rush in parts of the area.

tonight, north korea's plans to strike are on hold for now. that country's state media is reporting that the leader kim jong-un has push ed the pause button on the plans to launch near guam. but he says that he will look at attacking guam if if u.s. responds recklessly, and last week president trump said that he will respond with fury. and we get the latest from the

74 in new town and new hope. we will be 10 to 15 degrees warmer than that tomorrow. just in the single day the. you can see how much of that rain has already moved off sh e shore, and some of the last of it is going through philadelphia right now. and into south jersey, and that is going to continue to move to the east. and in the drier air that is covering much of pennsylvania moves in, but there is so much moisture on the ground and with the high humidity and the light wind likely to see some fog by the end of the night and the morning. this is hurricane gert. this is the cold front fortunately causing it to curve out to sea, but it is going to to be kicking up the surf, and the rip current concern for tomorrow. as we go through the next couple of days, no real concerns other than the fog for tomorrow morning. and then, heat and humidity, and

then we watch on thursday for the next system to start coming in. this is just a latest computer model that is just in, and this is the delaying the rain coming in thursday a little bit. and so that would improve the chances of dry weather for the eagles game. we certainly can't rule it out, because that rain is that close, and it is going to be coming in at some point thursday night. and into friday morning, and system of that is pretty heavy. we do not need any heavy rain, and here we are friday morning with heavy rain, am tomorrow, no rain. 87 in chestnut hill, and lang horn and so we may have some places that touch 09 degrees like voorhees town theship and warmer at the shore because of the land breeze. much, much better than what we have seen today. and for the eagles today, it is going to be warm, and it is going to be humid and not
