for us to say it's going to be dry. here is a look in philadelphia. today is kind of our transition gn al day. i want to start sending out the clouds. temperatures will fall from the high 90 degree feels like conditions yesterday in the low 90s. this is really going to be better off. park side at 79. only reporting at 70 degrees. here is our radar and satellite view. it shows a good deal of sunshine. southern half still spilling in clouds here. mostly cloudy conditions with spotty light showers possible.

if we pull this out wider it is this pathway that's driving over delaware and south jersey. we go through the model here. there are a few sprinkles i was talking about. you can see this is offshore here and then everything is pretty much out as we go through the rest of the evening. thursday lots of sunshine and that's a constant in our forecast. we are looking at 84 the high in summerton. it is 82 in allentown. upper 70s for cookstown. isolated showers we have possible and in delaware we are at 83 for our forecast high today. the last couple days we went from kind of humid to horribly humid. today we are feeling much nicer.

authorities trying to figure out what cause add septa train to crash into another in upper darby delaware county. they want to hear from the man at the controls of that train. we are live to tell you more, pam. >> reporter: ntsb investigators will be speaking with him. we asked the ntsb if they would be making that available. the answer is no. we can tell you the camera is pointing in the direction of the train's engineers. the video recordings have been downloaded and sent back to washington for analysis. the investigation could take
