get to the east coast? right now at 11. on the prowl. someone is trying to lure children at schools across northeast philadelphia. good evening. >> police put out an urgent message tonight. they believe the same man has tried this not one, but six times. the incidents began tuesday and wednesday. in the summer ton area. then four new incidents yesterday and today near harding middle school and elementary. no children were taken or hurt. >> brandon hudson has been following this story all afternoon. and evening. brandon, police have a new clue to help them find this suspect. >> police have a surveillance photograph of a car they want you to see. the man said he tried to lure kids with money to take their photograph. he did it near schools, parks and residential areas.

>> reporter: police believe this car is contradicted to six attempted lurings which have parents in parts of northeast philly on edge. the woman who gave police the image didn't want to reveal her identity. >> i know everybody's car on the block. >> she witnessed the after math of the most luring attempt. she helped a ten year-old girl who claims a man unzipped his pants in front of her this morning. >> she was crying. i was like calm down what's going on? the han in the black car. >> reporter: the man also targeted children on two separate occasions. he pulled up alistening side a girl walking to school this morning asking to take her picture for money. yesterday he was seen taking pictures and recording children at the sullivan school. it's located in a residential area. >> they managed to get away. i'm happy about that. >> reporter: the mother said she's going to teach them a

valuable lesson tonight. >> stranger danger. don't stop for strangers. >> take a look at the photograph on the screen. this is the car last seen at the 5,300 block. around 8:45 this morning. the biggest clue on the driver is a small tattoo on the right forearm. possibly a dragon. right now crews are working to fix a water main break. that left 150 neighbors without water tonight. happened around 6:00. near the corner of elk street. elm street is closed for repair. officials tell us the work won't be finished until after midnight. also tonight a lot of people on the east coast are watching hurricane jose. the storm is turning just off the east coast. everyone wants to know will it get closer to land and where?

>> chief meteorologist just got new information on jose. no matter what we'll feel some effects from this. >> high surf. dangerous rip current. wind, rain. category one hurricane. it's expected to track parallel to the east coast of the united states. and could affect us tuesday and possibly even on wednesday. we could see tropical conditions here that means high surf, rip currents, wind, rev rain. thunderstorms. the greatest amount of effect is going to be closer to the beaches. so that's where we're watching. right now 80 miles per hour winds moving northwest at nine miles per hour. this is what we're watching. a track that's going to take it right on up along the east coast. offshore in the cone right now. but look at boston, they're in the cone. new york is right on the edge of

the cone. this track could go anywhere. within this cone. this is something we'll be watching closely. and talk about what we can expect as far as conditions when i come back. over seas tonight police in london say they identified the person that believe is responsible for the terror attack that sent a wall of fire aboard a subway train. there's an active man hunt to find the person. 29 people were hurt. this morning. many were burned but they are expected to be okay. two u.s. intelligence officials tell us the device may have detonated earlier than intended. it didn't fully explode. but flashed sp burned instead. tonight, the son of convicted child molester jerry san dusky is pleading guilty to child sex abuse charges. one week before his trial was set to begin. the 41 yoerld will serve at least three to six years in prison.

the judge could give him more time. prosecutors say san dusky asked two under age kid to send him nude pictures and perform a sex act. his father was found guilty of sexually abusing ten boys in 2012. serving 30 to 60 years in prison. >> the death of the college student and how alcohol played a role in the initial call for help. williams of found unconscious outside his dorm. sunday afternoon. a school official confirms to us a caller told campus police the 19 year-old lacrosse player had been drinking and needed medical help. williams died at the hospital on monday much autopsy revealed he died from blunt force head injury. but it is still unclear how he got those injuries. the latest now on a possible strike that could keep children out of the classroom in montgomery county. tonight the teachers union tells us they are optimistic about reaching a deal before the

middle. >> we're not antiteacher. but we're just looking out for the kids and hoping it's fixed quickly. >> this will come down sunday night at 8:00. we'll find out if there is a deal. but if there is not, these doors will remain closed for students monday morning. it's a temporary victory for philadelphia in the battle over sanctuary city. a judge has issued an injunction against the federal government. the attorney general office had threatened to with hold grant money from cities. that don't allow federal immigration agents to access local jail. the injunction will last until a court rules on the issue. tonight aled case of racial intimidation on temple university campus. two students found a banana hanging outside their dorm room. the incident happened monday night. the roommate say they confronted the student who they claim is responsible. he says he tossed the banana in the air and it landed on the

door. we're told the student will be punished and the roommates will have a say in the punishment. sexual assault is one of the biggest issues facing college campuses across the country. tonight temple university is doing something different. to fight it. the school unvailed a new online reporting system for anyone who has been assaulted. a psa made during the football game. thousands were giveren these towels. the system is isn't just for students. it's for any victim. reports don't go straight to police though. some victims don't want officers to know. temple students tell us they welcome any new change that lets them report assault safely. two executives from are leaving the company immediately. follows the massive data breech that affected 143 million customers. the chief information and security officers are retiring. but didn't say what kind of pack annals they get. the company announced today

at this point we have clud out there and patchy fog. 84 the high. highest wind gust 17 miles per hour. no rain fell in philadelphia. what had sprinkles here and there. especially the lee high valley. one mile of visibility in hazel ton. quaker town is ten miles. allen town four miles of visibility. out towards the beaches and it dropped to four miles of visibility in wide wood. more fog developing because of the low winds and all of the moisture that's out there. take it easy. towards dawn we could have areas near one mile of visibility. nothing coming up on radar right now. sprinkles have kind of come to an end. things have quieted down. it's a muggy night. this is what we'll look at for the next couple days. we'll see clouds coming through and maybe, this is over done on the model a spotty shower tomorrow afternoon. it's possible on sunday too, i think there's a lot of moisture out there. warm. it could be pop up shower
