condition. philadelphia police say someone stabbed a man in the back and left him to die on someone's front porch. investigators tell us they found the victim dead with a knife still in his back. the victim did not live at the address. it is unclear where it happened. >> intended for a teenager. the shooting happened on johnson street around midnight. police say the gunman quickly drove off from the scene. they believe the teenager was the intended tafrmgt we are working to learn the conditions of both at this hour. sandusky says he deserves a new trial. around noon we'll learn if the judge agrees. he says his lawyers did not adequately represent him.

>> the sheriffs off is giving a report. let's go to it right now. >> it occurred around 8:58 this morning a report of a shooting in the 2,100 block. deputies were on the scene within four minutes arriving at 9:02 a.m. they discovered five people suffering from gunshot wounds. currently we have lost three of those people. three have passed away. it is a result of a handgun. it looks like a single weapon was used in this since denincid. we are try to go give you the very best information we have. we have identified the suspect
